This unit needs a few upgrades. We opened the curtains going to the patio and a piece fell out . It is being held by a screw. The same for the curtain in the dining, held by a piece of tape. The fridge is rusting and the vegetable drawer froze and we had to throw all of our vegetables out. The paint and decor is dated. But on the good side we had a problem with the garbarator and it was taken care of promptly, the beds were large and comforable.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

Location and unit as described. Owner was available and did have the AC fixed in a timely manner. Beds very comfortable, two great flat screen T.V's and a super comfortable recliner in the living room!! Owner should consider black-out drapes for the bedroom, sun woke me very early each morning. It would also be energy efficient since this unit is in the sun all day. Would be nice to have an extra set of sheets availabe as well. Beach is a short walk, fishing under the John Pass bridge and just cross the street for shopping, restaurants and activities. Bus stops right in front of the unit if one does not have a car. Definitely try the Conch Restaurant just a few miles down Gulf Blvd., it's definitely my favorite. I would definitely stay again, thanks for everything Mr. B.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed at this condo for seven years during the month of January. The location of this condo is excellent (love watching the dolphins while in the kitchen) with the beach being right there, John's Pass across the street, close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The owners continue to keep the condo updated. The Beach Place property is well maintained with a very nice pool looking towards the gulf. It is a condo that fits the needs of all age groups.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here for 2 weeks Oct.27 -Nov.10 2012. The location is great. John's Pass is across the street with restaurants and shopping.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
