Refundable security deposit$200
Please send a separate check of $200 for security deposit. Upon walk through at check out, we can return deposit to you if there are no damages to the unit.
First two weeks of February is the gem show. Rental rates go up to $250 per night with a seven night minimum.
We take checks, money orders, or cashier checks. Currently we are not set up for Pay Pal or credit cards. Half the rent is due at time of booking. Remainder due one month prior to check in. For monthly rentals, we will accept a $500 deposit when requesting far in advance. We will then require another $500 mid-way through and final payment is due one month prior to stay.

Resort is located in the Tucson Mountains near the Saguaro National Park West. The JW Marriott is a beautiful resort where you can sip your coffee outdoors with breathtaking views overlooking Tucson. It is less than five miles from Downtown with many new shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. The Modern Street Car recently opened and provides transportation to downtown, 4th Avenue shops/restaurants and UofA. Most guests prefer hiking, and there are many trails nearby. We can get our guest rates for golf, fitness center and pool access. There is a good BBQ restaurant about one mile away next door to the Pro Shop (Catalina BBQ).

About the owner: We recently purchased this beautiful town home and manage it. We live a short walk away. We are a retired couple. We grew up in San Diego (me) and upstate New York (Joe). The picture above shows us with our 27-year old son in NY. We also have a 35-year old beautiful daughter who lives in San Diego.
Why the Owner Chose Starr Pass: We bought this single story townhome with our sister hoping they can one day live near us. It is convenient to the airport, shopping, golf, swimming, resort spa and restaurants. We love living in Starr Pass and the beauty of the desert. There is numerous wildlife: deer, coyotes, javelinas for example.
