The condominium is approximately 2000 square feet and has over 60 feet of windows directly facing the gulf. In addition there is a 40 foot covered balcony directly on the beach of Destin overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Living area offers 40 feet of glass including two sliding glass doors that open directly on to the balcony. A third sliding glass door opens from the master bedroom to the balcony. Ceiling fans and comfortable patio furniture will help your relax as you enjoy the view of the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of the gulf.
Three professionally decorated bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and are all equipped with new flat screen televisions and DVD players.
The master bedroom has a 20 foot ceiling to floor glass window that directly overlooks the beach and as noted above has a sliding glass door that opens to the covered balcony. The master bath has his and her sinks, a separate shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. A King-size bed and sitting area in the master bedroom will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are professionally decorated and each has its own full bathroom.
The professionally decorated living and dining area is 40 feet long and has very nice and comfortable furniture. You and your guests will have a great view of the beach, gulf and pool while you relax in comfort.
For your entertainment you will find a Wet Bar equipped with an Ice maker, A Large Flat Screen Television in the living area with a DVD and Wireless High Speed Internet Access.
The recently updated kitchen has new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. It is fully equipped and has a great view of the beach and gulf as well.
