Why the Owner Chose Rosedale: Location and the property is wonderful! My husband has said he'd live in a tent just to be where we are - in the middle of EVERYTHING! But this is no tent - we spent days thinking through every detail of the apartment. Built with parents and friends visits in mind, we wanted to ensure that no matter how long or short the visit, that the apartment offered a place to relax, was cozy but not cramped, and allowed it to be a home away from home.
