Great place to stay

We loved it from the beginning. The property manager met us when we got there. Went in and explained how everything worked, etc. Gave us a couple of great recommendations for dinners and where to get a few groceries. Close to Vatican City, but a little far from other attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We didn’t have any problems or issues with getting Ubers or taxis’ In fact, they helped us get a car from/to the airport. Overall a great stay and a clean property. We loved it and would stay again.

Very short walk to Vatican city

Flat is central in a great block surrounded by grocery stores, farmacia, coffee bar etc. located right on the street. Everything you need and less than 10 minute walk to Vatican city.

Nice place to stay

3 nights stayed in this clean, cute, little place is a great experience for us. Mr Piero was so nice and helpful. He showed uS a good restaurant around here.. Thank you, Mr Piero. We definitely back here again.

Pictures Are Exactly What It Is!!!

It was our first trip to Rome! We spent 3 nights here. Franca’s apt. is exactly what you see & read! It was clean, large & the air conditioner worked great! We were there in the hottest weather- high 90’s & humid. Check-in was easy! The lift aka tiny elevator was perfect. The bldg is old (as is Rome) which adds to the charm. Apt. was on the 2nd floor but in Europe - the first floor is actually 0. So, in American- we would say 3rd floor. It was quiet even though the apt. overlooks a main street. In order to see St. Peter’s Basilica- you have to put your head out the window & look to your right. It’s about a 20 min. walk to it with lots of places to eat & tiny souvenir stores. There is a market right around the corner which made it very convenient. A full-size fridge was great as was the washer/dryer combo. It took me a while to figure out the washer but I appreciated it! I would recommend definitely staying here if you know your way around Rome. There is no subway close by—so you either walk, take a bus or taxi. It was so hot that we took a taxi most of the time as we couldn’t figure out the bus system & it seemed so crowded. Thanks Franca for the use of your apt!

Simply stunning! Great Apartment!

We loved staying in this apartment! It’s modern, chic, upmarket but within our budget and in the perfect location! Close to the Vatican, train station and buses. Great restaurants and cafes close by. Although in the heart of the vaticancity where it’s extremely busy, the apartment has air tight windows so you don’t hear any traffic noise. There is a lift up to the apartment which was wonderful after pulling 2 large suitcases around. The apartment is air conditioned and has all essentials you need. Thanks to Piero for being such a great host. He met us on arrival and gave us all the local tips. This was the best apartment yet on our Italy adventure. Highly recommend it!
