Sunset villa has been professionally decorated to allow guests to not only relax but, to do so in style. WiFi equipped. Beautiful open floor plan with family room opening to large kitchen area and large separate dining room. Electric fireplace for a cooler summer night!

Kitchen is equipped with high end amenities, from cooking to entertaining, large granite island, hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor and custom built cabinets. The large dining room is perfect for a large family gathering, seating 8 comfortably with additional seating at the granite island, or side table which can seat two. Upstairs family room perfect for a private get away for either adults or children. This room also can double as a separate sleeping area as well.

All bedrooms equipped with flat screen high def televisions and VCR's. Apple TV in downstairs living room.

4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths Includes 2 private master suites, beautifully appointed baths with first day toiletries included. 2 king beds, each in master suites, plus their own private bath. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, upstairs media/family room, with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 4th private bedroom, with a queen size bed. 3.5 baths. Approx. 2,500 sq.ft., 2 car attached garage, washer/dryer, outdoor patio, and gas grill. The upstairs family room doubles as an additional bedroom.

The 4th bedroom is accessed through this room, making it a perfect place for parents with small children who need to be near, or teenagers who need their own space!

Screened In Front Porch. Enjoyable days and evenings can be spent bug free! Canoe, paddle board and 2 beach bikes available. Lots of beach toys for the kids. All towels, high end linens are provided.

Rental includes access to bay point resort, it's restaurants, pools, sandy beaches, guest marina. Owners club house with kitchen area, pool table, private heated pool, workout facility with private showers ,towels provided. There is also a playground, walking paths, basketball, volleyball. Private access for members only, with 24 hour gated security.

You may also bring your own boat! Docking fees are extra and paid to Bay Point Resort.

Great location, beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and steps from the beach. Plenty of beach gear - kayak, paddle board and toys to keep us all entertained! We will be back!

Great house and friendly/caring owner. I have repeatedly stayed at this villa and I strongly recommend it. It is a wonderful home, clean and modern. The owner is super friendly and caring. We had a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Bay Point was an excellent choice for our family. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. This particular unit had a beautiful, screened in front porch with a wonderful view of the Bay. The kitchen was the most well equipped and stocked of any place we have ever stayed in. The garage was also well equipped for beach activities. The owner was kind and helpful.

Fantastic house, neighborhood and host!

Karen’s home was beautiful and had everything for renters you could possibly think of or need. Neighborhood was gated, and felt very safe letting my kids ride bikes, or take walks by themselves. Karen was also very responsive and couldn’t ask for better house or host. 5 starts isn’t enough for this listing!

We first became aware of Bay Point through many friends who have homes, and boats at Bay Point. It is a wonderful resort, which has taken great care during these last few years to enhance the true vacation experience! With 2 Tiki Bars, music on Friday and Saturday night, moonlight cruises, kids days, transportation for a very small fee direct to Sandusky and Cedar Point, it really does have it all! We love it and hope you do also!!
