Our two-bedroom, two-bath, main floor condominium is located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies completely furnished with all the comforts of home. The kitchen and baths are equipped with all you need for a great vacation. Comfy beds await you: New Sealy Pillowtop King with high threadcount linens. Newly carpeted in the fall of 2008. New leather sleeper sofa in living room. But the best part is the gorgeous lake and mountain view from the living room, deck, and master bedroom.

During the winter, world-class ski resorts are just minutes away. Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Keystone are ten- to 30-minute drives. Vail and Beaver Creek are less than an hour's drive. Winter in Summit County offers downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice skating.
Summers in the mountains offer a wealth of activities: boating, fishing, hiking, bicycling, four wheeling, and white-water rafting are but a few of the activities that await your arrival. The Dillon Amphitheater is just a short walk down the street. Year round, shop the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Mall five minutes away.
Free parking is conveniently located outside the front door and the Summit shuttle service stops just across the street, providing free transportation to all Summit County ski areas. Bicycle, ski, and snowshoe rentals are available locally.
In the summer, enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool with a view of the mountains and sailboats on Lake Dillon.
Or, if all this activity sounds like too much, relax in hammock on the deck, listen to the CD player, and watch the birds from the balcony, as well as the bikers and strollers on the Lake Dillon bike path.

Thanks so much for the use of your condo. The views were spectacular and the unit was perfect for us and so well stocked...we are used to going to the beach where we have to bring "everything!" Bonnie, you and Paul were fantastic to work with and we really can't say enough about the week. Our kids loved the pool, walking trail around the lake and the playground right down the road and the tiki bar was very fun to hang out in after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. It was worth the drive from Virginia!!!! So, thanks again! You really do have a slice of heaven in Dillon, CO! We wish you all the best and hope to make it out again to Dillon in the near future.

Everything you read and see for this condo is all true. It's very cozy and we felt right at home immediately. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, plates, etc..., anything you might need if you choose to cook. The comfy master bed has a great view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. We really liked the big pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower that we were welcome to use. Very handy. It's a quiet place and the neighbors that we ran into were all very friendly. We've stayed in Dillon before and we love the town and the close proximity to Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, Silverthorne and even Copper Mountain and Vail aren't far away. So many great places to shop and eat. I recommend this condo - it has everything you need. I dealt with owner, Bonnie, and she was very easy going and accommodating. We appreciate people like Bonnie and Paul, who will open up their homes to others because it sure beats staying in a motel!

We were there couple of years ago, very nice place, right infront of the lake, great view specialy at night we just brought food from home and since the kitchen was all ready for us. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We may come here again when money isnt so tight. jawed
