This lovely, 900-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in the Aspens is the lowest ski-in/ski-out property on Blackcomb Mountain. Located just above the Chateau Whistler and the new Four Seasons Resort Hotel, you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the village. The slope is right outside the door and the base of the Solar Coaster high-speed quad chair is a 30-second ski down the hill.

"The Aspens" is a top-location, luxury, and secured condominium building featuring an underground parking as well as year-round outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, and gym. It has a separate Internet room as well as wireless Internet access throughout the building.

The home has two large bedrooms, each with its own TV set. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. It has a separate bathroom. The living area has a comfortable, pull-out, queen-size, sofa bed. The open concept living area is tastefully decorated with lovely comfortable furnishings and beautiful artwork. There is a gas fireplace that provides loads of heat. Over the fireplace is a wall-mounted plasma TV. The entertainment centre features a DVD player and full stereo system. The 27-inch flat-screen TV in the second bedroom has its own VCR and front connectors for your camcorder or digital camera.

The dining area seats six in comfort at the large pine table. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size range, oven, and refrigerator, as well as dishwasher, microwave oven, and garberator. Everything you will need to prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal is supplied including plenty of cookware, bowls, implements, plates, flatware, and glasses.
