Perfect Condo for my family!

This condo was so perdect for my husband and 2 little kids. It was very well decorated and very well stocked. It felt very homey and as a matter of fact my 2 yr old daughter called it "our house!" It was the first condo that we had stayed that had a view of the ocean and the road. The view was outstanding and we got the pleasure of watching a storm one night and it was very electrical. The lightning over the ocean was so beautiful, and since this condo has several windows we just pulled the shades and watched from inside. Very close to everything. I recommend eating at Scampy's. It was my favorite of the week. Laura was very helpful and was great to work with. It really was a little piece of heaven. We are already looking forward to next year.

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate condo with every amenity you could ask for. We had an incredible time. We really enjoyed the convenience of this central location. Owners are very accessible, helpful and responsive. The condo is exquisitively decorated (straight out of House Beautiful). Top of the line appliances and furniture, plus great water front views. Super close to pool, beach, and you can walk over to Pineapple Willy's without the hassle of the parking! We will definitely be returning to this condo. We love being gulf front and enjoyed the above normal amount of windows. We loved relaxing inside the condo, but still enjoying the water views! We felt very lucky to have found this jewel on the water!! We loved strolling through Pier Park, going to Shell Island, renting out a jet ski in the front of the condo, eating out at a variety of local restaurants. Our favorite nights were "staying in" cooking a great meal and enjoying the condo. The owners are very friendly, and I only wish we could have met them!! I would especially recommend this condo for families with children, or several couples. Rent this condo without hesitation....just don't rent it the time we want!!! We have traveled to this area over 6 times in the last 13 years, this is our favorite condo yet. Many thanks for letting us stay at your beautfiul condo! Beth & Mike

We love this Condo on the Beach!

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and it was GREAT!! The water was beautiful and so was the condo! It was just like being at home. It is a very spacious unit and is clean, tastefully decorated, and is very well equipped. We felt as if we were at home, didn't need anything!! We thank you for sharing your condo w/ us and we hope to come back soon. Even though I think we were the furthest away from home (13 hrs) it was well worth the trip. We really enjoyed ourselves and we'll do it again. Also the view of the ocean and coast linefrom the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed the views from both inside with the extra windows. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo w/ us!

Exceeds Expectations

When you rent a condo in a popular vacation area, you might expect a few things to be less than perfect or "not exactly" as shown in the pictures. After all, even when you book a room at a four-star hotel you sometimes find dirt in the corners. Not true of our stay at this fantastic condo. First of all, it was immaculate. Second, the location was perfect: nice view of the beautiful grounds and water, close to both pool areas (we often had the pool all to ourselves), right on the beach and easy access to the great food at Pineapple Willys, and a hop, skip, and a jump from other shopping and restaurants. Despite all of this, we still felt like we were in our own little sanctuary, waking up each morning to chirping birds, and that serene view. Additionally, we found the on-site staff to be friendly and efficient, the free WiFi handy for tech addicts, and the check-in process a cinch. Other thoughtful extras included an abundance of towels, use of beach chairs and a grill on the grounds. So when you look at the photos of this condo, don't be deceived. This place will “exceed” your expectations. We can't wait to return. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise!

I would love to consider this condo my home away from home because that's how comfortable I felt during my vacation at this oasis. Sunbird is safe, secure and well equipped for families. I was amazed by how perfectly kept the grounds, pool and gardens were and the friendliness of the staff. Panama City Beach has so many wonderful tourist destinations but I found myself completely happy spending time at the beach, in the kid friendly pavilion/pool, or relaxing at my ocean front condo. This was our families first beach vacation and I'd have to say that all my expectations were greatly exceeded from the beauty of which Sunbird is situated to how friendly and helpful the condo owners were. There is no doubt in my mind that our family will return to Sunbird in the future! Thanks for the great memories! We appreciated your helping us with all your great suggestions in making our vacation a special one.

Our trip in August 2010 was a wonderful vacation! We really enjoyed the location of the condo. It was centrally located, which made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit during our vacation. The location was worth the rental by itself, but there were many other excellent things about the building/condo! We enjoyed the grounds of the condo building. We utilized the pool and the grills (several times). The grills (3 or 4 of them) were excellent and definitely an asset to the community! We only had to wait 10 minutes one time to use them (as they were quite popular on that one night), and no wait the other times! The pool was not crowded, only a few people there each time we went by, so we were able to fully utilize the pools! The condo was nice and quiet, which created such a relaxing atmosphere. We ate dinner in the condo & enjoyed the coastline views from the table. Loved that you had chairs and in the condo for the beach. Cooking was also a snap due to your fully-stocked kitchen, which we took full advantage of after visiting Wal-Mart when we got there! Our favorite part of the day was walking on the white sands as we strolled along the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! Thank you! We look forward to our return next year. Leanne

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is beautiful, well laid out and very well equipped and maintained. In fact, the entire property was a delight - well kept and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the pool and hot tub, the courtyard grills, and all the friendly company in the common areas. We think this place is a terrific value and hope to visit again.

We had great week stay here and can't wait to return. This place is better than described in the listing and was very clean as well as inviting. Be sure to read the guest book and use the recommendations of previous renters to save some time. The supplies/equipment provided were excellent so be sure to check them out before going shopping. The beach is absolutely beautiful, clean and veryprivate. We would recommend this property to anyone. Make sure you take a photo at Sunset for a keepsake

My wife and I spent a week in this unit and were very pleased with the accommodations. We wanted a condo in the front facing the ocean & happily Laura's Condo was even better then advertised , all the features were top notch right down to the electric grill and the dishes. These owners were very friendly and easy to work with, they gave us many really good recommendations. They obviously take a lot of pride in their place, it shows from the moment you enter . We highly recommend this unit and complex and would stay there again without hesitation. The pool and BBQ area were just what we wanted to top off a day at the beach , We will miss the beautiful sunsets and the short walks to the beautiful white beaches, but not for long we are already starting to planning to come back next year.

THE PRICE SOUNDS GREAT, UNTIL YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS OWNER!

THE CONDO WAS FINE, AND THE PRICE SOUNDED GREAT UNTIL WE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS OWNER. OUR VACATION TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE! WE DID NOT RECIEVE OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT UNTIL 4 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE OWNER LOST OUR RENTAL CHECK AND WE WERE FORCED TO CONTINUE DEALING WITH PAYMENT OF OUR VACATION CONDO SOME 2 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT! THERE WAS A LOT OF NOISY CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED AND THIS OWNER HAS NO COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER! WE WERE CONTINUALLY ASKED TO GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO CORRECT HER MISTAKES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER CONDO IN THIS COMPLEX TO AVOID THIS OWNER OR YOUR PEACFUL VACATION MAY TURN INTO A MONTH LONG ORDEAL ALSO! SO MUCH FOR RELAXING~

Owner response:This is an invalid guest review due to this person violating the rental agreement by trying to get out of paying her rental fee. This is a family-oriented complex that does not allow wild parties or underage drinking. Once the security staff evicted her and her group for having a party with drinking with minors, this person was mad at having to still pay her rental fee. This group will NOT be allowed in this condo or allowed on the grounds of the complex.
