Relax at this beautiful, marshfront home on Beautiful Private Fripp Island. From The house you can walk across the street to the private quiet community pool(no amenity card needed) and playground, or take a short Golf Cart ride to the beach,island playgrounds, marina. Behind our house is a fabulous marsh pier where you can walk, bike, fish or crab, the pier goes across the marsh and connects to Tarpon Blvd. right next to the fire station , a short walk to the Beach Club.
Or just sit and relax in privacy on the Deck or screened porch and enjoy the serenity of the marsh views, and sounds of nature. The house features three bedrooms, one with a twin bed and twin over double bunk bed.There is a queen bed in the room next to it. A bathroom is in the hall between the 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bath and huge windows with beautiful marsh views. Linens and bath towels are provided. There is cable TV in every bedroom and greatroom to help the kids and adults unwind after a busy day of exploring. The large greatroom features a fireplace ,vaulted ceilings and a dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped (dishes,pots,pans, utensils, coffee pot, blender) plus full sized washer/dryer in adjacent laundry room . The house is easy walking,biking distance over the marsh pier to the beach. The marsh view are spectacular. The Pier is also great for bird watching.

SECOND 4 SEATER GAS GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR $195. (Must be a licenced and insured driver to drive golf cart).
Fripp Island is three and a half miles of pristine beach bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Tropical temperatures in the summer and moderate temperatures in the winter.
Fripp Island is a beautiful gated resort and nature preserve. Close by is Hunting Island, also a nature preserve with more activities for the kids, beaches, and a lighthouse. Historic Beaufort is 17 miles away and also has extensive dining, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Because I did not buy a full club membership this year I am not able to offer amenity cards for purchase, however because of the large savings I was able to reduce the rental prices by more than $200.to $300. per week.

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. It was clean, welcoming, and centrally located on the island. The view of the marsh from the back porch was beautiful and the birds were mesmerizing. I much prefer it to a house without a a view. We would love to come back and stay here again!

We are a retired couple who spent a week thoroughly soaking up the solitude and beauty of Fripp Island from this perfect one story, easy access, private home. The included golfcart made seeing the sites around the island a breeze. Morning coffee from the screenporch found us greeted by various shorebirds and whitetail deer. Highly recommended!!

Fripp Island has to be the most pet friendly place I have ever been. Our dogs loved the beach and the marsh. The house was great, kept us warm in the cool weather and we slept great. The porch view was tranquil, and the included golf cart was a nice touch.

This was our 3rd trip to Fripp and this one one of the cleanest places we've stayed in. Traveling always with our bichons, we appreciate places that have comfortable beds and accomodations. Most pet-friendly places are not as nice. The view every day of the pier on the marsh was a joy to wake up to. We would definately come back.

Your home was absolutely precious, and we all had such a great time. You were right, the views from the master bedroom were wonderful. The marsh was so peaceful and beautiful, but my favorite time was at night, after all the lights were out...looking up through that huge pine bough at the hundreds of stars twinkling through the top 2 windows. It was hard to come back home to the real world!! Our little 2 year old granddaughter loved the golf cart trips, and every time we went anywhere was anxious to get back to "our beach house". We miss it already. Thanks for sharing with us. We made some priceless memories!

This house is very nice and in a scenic, quiet area. Our favorite place to eat, relax, and watch the deer was the screened porch. The golf cart was a fun way to go to the beach and tour the island. We all enjoyed the island very much!
