We have arranged for a vacation experience that our family likes to encounter when we travel. We have taken care of everything for our guests. Our property manager will meet you in the condo and even have groceries for you when you arrive (real important if you travel with kids). We have pool rafts and sand toys waiting for you so you don't need to go out and spend a fortune on things that you will use during your stay. If you are looking for a great time, in a beautiful condominium, in a fabulous island setting, look no further.
Our Ocean front condo is truly a slice of paradise. In the center of the complex are several acres of grass and garden area. The pool is always clean and clear. Kids can play in the courtyard and be seen from the porch. The courtyard is a fairly private area. We are at the very beginning of seven mile beach right by town so beach traffic from cruise ship passengers is minimal at our place.
We are close to town, about a 1/2 mile, restaurants, diving, groceries and stores are all within easy walking distance. Buses will pick you up on the main street if you do not want to rent a car. They run every few minutes and pick you up about 200 yards or so from the complex.

We had a great time at this property. It was all it was advertised to be, and we really enjoyed our first trip to Grand Cayman. It was an additional bonus to find the owner such a pleasure to deal with as he clearly prefers a practical approach over a heavy administrative or procedural burden.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow! Loved it! The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and completely equipped with everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. The views from the balcony and poolside were incredible and is where we found ourselves starting every morning and ending every evening. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, a variety of restaurants and Georgetown which made everything so convenient to get to. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to Cayman. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Conveniently located to local attractions, shopping, restaurants and beaches. The grounds are impecable and the pool immaculate. Quiet but very family friendly. Great wintwr escape, Two parents and four 20 something on parent sponsored sun break. Location was perfect walked to Georgetown , fresh fresh stand 10 minutes walk.. Located at south end of the 7 mile beach area ( rockier) but great snorkeling right off the complex. Pool and grounds were immaculate, balcony was prime viewing for wonderful sunsets. . High value condo and central location for all the island has to offer, Can't wait to go back. Don't miss if Grand Ccayman is in your plans.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are back in Texas and wishing we were back at your lovely condo! I noticed a few people complained about a minor ant problem. We actually own a condo in the Carribbean and have the same ant issues. I think it is a natural part of island life! We were not bothered by it, but know others can be overly sensitive I only have positive things to say about your condo!! There was no misleading advertising and everything was just what we expected and wanted! I will say that I think your pictures on VRBO do not to justice to how nice it is inside your condo! It is so much more bright and open! All in all- we loved it! We like to feel at home on an island since we have our island home as well and your place delivered exactly that! Take care! This vacation was long overdue and I think we picked a wonderful place to go. Grand Cayman was very relaxing and definitely beautiful. It was also great to be in a condo rather than a hotel. Lots of room and no fighting for chairs at the pool was a bonus. I was a bit concerned as we were traveling with 7 adults but your condo was more than accommodating with 2 full bathrooms and all the necessities that we needed. It was also very nice to show up and have some groceries to get our week started. The place was clean and had everything we could ask for. We took an awesome tour to Stingray City and Rum Point with Native Way Water Sports and they were amazing! One of my favorite dinners was at Paradise Grill downtown. We had a very relaxing awesome time at your beautiful condo and we can’t wait to go back again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We knew we had found the right Cayman vacation spot when the property manager Georgia Sherengo stopped in for our orientation briefing just as we arrived. She had stocked our kitchen with starter groceries which made the first morning more relaxing. The condo was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed with room for four or more on the lanai. We had a rental car, but downtown George Town is just a 20 minute walk, so we chose to walk many times. We'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. It was nice having two bedrooms and bathrooms and not be crammed into a hotel room. The unit was clean and the property well-maintained. The groundsman and property manager was available if needed. The information regarding activities and restaurants we received ahead of time from the owner was helpful. Since it was off-season, it wasn't difficult to arrange activities and we didn't need reservations for dinner. Some of our favorite restaurants were The Wharf,Carlos and Martin's Mexican Cantina(7 Mile Shops), Lone Star Grille, Cracked Conch, Aqua Beach Grille. We went with Tour Cayman to Sting Ray City, Submarine, parasailing, Pirate sunset cruise and the Turtle Farm. We rented a car from Andy's right down the road for 4 days. You can do it without a car, but it sure is nice to have one. Definately drive around the island, stopping at the blow holes and on to Run Point. The highlight of our week was getting family pictures taken by Tina Foster Photography. We booked her about 2 months ahead and she suggested a beach location. The pictures are beautiful and are a wonderful keepsake. My husband and I just got back from this condo and our experience was excellent. Everything was just as described in the ad. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pool area was always perfectly cleaned. It was nice to have the start-up groceries there when we arrived, as it was a Sunday and everything is closed. The condo is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, but we decided to rent a car so we could see the entire Island. Stingray City was a must to do, for $30 US to swim and feed the stingrays, followed by snorkeling was a great deal for the 3 hour tour. There are many Canadians on the island, so we felt right at home. Hockey was being played at every bar we went to, so we never missed a playoff game. We would definitely go back to this place and next time bring the kids with us, we know they would love it as well! It was so nice to have the space of the condo, rather than a hotel room! The condo is in a great location and we really appreciated how hard the maintenance crew worked every day to keep the grounds and pool in pristine condition. Another nice perk was having groceries available when we arrived. Our kids finished off the loaf of bread and jelly in no time at all. A little hungry after our travels. :) This location is within walking distance of Georgetown and 7 Mile Beach, but I would highly recommend getting a rental car for a couple of days to be able to drive to the East End (blowholes, lighthouse, etc.) and also over to Rum Point to enjoy the beautiful beach. As far as restaurants, we loved Rackam's (right on the water with great food), Coconut Joe's and Lone Star.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Our Family in Cayman. I own a small business here in Michigan that sells Document Management and Data security products throughout the country. My wife and I have 4 children. We live in Farmington Hills Michigan and all of us truly enjoy Cayman for all it offers. Family vacations in Cayman is something that we all really look forward to.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach:
My wife and I have been coming to Cayman since 1980 and have stayed at various places around the island. We simply found that George Town Villas was the nicest and most convenient place to stay. We purchased this condo as it was located close to everything so my crew did not need to spend time driving each day. We can walk almost to everything. The condo is the third floor so we did not hear noise from the unit above which we had found to be a real distraction when staying on first and second floor condos. The most relaxing complex and most centrally located for all the things we do on the island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo is close to everything, you won't need a car when you stay at our place. The grounds are wide open so you feel a sense of privacy you won't experience in many of the places that have built condo on top of condo. The 3 acres of lawn and garden is not present at any of the other complexes. The grocery store is close and we could walk there each day once we decide what our days plans are. The pool always have plenty of chairs so you never feel that you have to get there first to save seats together.
