Our luxurious home is situated on Highway 27, a mile from the 192 intersection. We are amongst the orange groves, yet close to numerous amenities including Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Vans skateboarding. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are within an hours drive, perfect for a day out. Locally available are Walmart, Supermarkets, a bank, bakery, and petrol station. There are restaurants and fast food outlets to suit every taste.
Our two-story home is carpeted throughout, and superbly equipped. You can choose to eat at the poolside beside the electric barbecue, the kitchen table, or at the dining table. Relax in the comfortable lounge and watch a DVD or listen to music. The den has a double bed settee, and there is a downstairs shower room. Upstairs, two king-size suites with en-suite bathrooms, a queen-size bedroom, and a twin share a third bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans, the king-size suites have wall mounted TVs.
The pool has underwater lighting and there is a range of pool furniture, including loungers and seats. The oversized pool deck is great for sunbathing, and there is shelter from the sun or summer rainshower! Eat al fresco at the barbecue. A pool alarm is fitted at the kitchen door for children's safety. The double garage can be entered from the house, and includes the laundry area. There is on site security, local home management with daily visits and 24hr on call support.House alarm and keyless entry to add to your peace of mind.
