Our centrally located home offers a fantastic top-floor view directly up Blackcomb Mountain (see photos) from the quiet side of the Bear Lodge. Add to this a bright roomy floor plan, free internet access, gated underground parking, and no 10% hotel tax and we are positive that you and your party will be pleased with your choice!
Bear Lodge is one of three lodges in the Whistler Town Plaza and is just a short walk from the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

Policies:
1)25% payment due upon reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Front desk check-in details emailed upon final payment.
2)Check-In Time (PST) 4:00 PM. Earlier check in may be possible.
3)Check-Out Time (PST) 10:00 AM. Late check out may be possible.
4) Cancellation policy: Refund, less first night, with 60 days notice. Refund if less than 60 days is portion of booking replaced.
5) No smoking in condo. Smoking in condo will require complete smoke sterilization and be charged to credit card.
6) No pets are permitted under any conditions.
7)Housekeeping included before and after departure and after 4th night if over 6 night stay. Daily available at guest's expense.
8) 24 hour numbers supplied for maintenance emergencies.
9) RCMP will be summoned for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.
10) Delayed arrivals - We're sorry but we cannot be responsible for delayed arrivals and we cannot give you a refund on account of a delay in arrival.
11) Guest will pay for any property damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
12) We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
13) Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
14) Responsible guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Hi Greg, Thanks again for the use of your condo last April. The outlook and setup of the place was excellent and my wife and I found it difficult to leave. Whistler is a very pretty place especially after a snowfall and also at night . I managed to have a couple of good days skiing, even though it was late in the season. All the best, Alan (Australia)

Greg's condo has an ideal location in central Whistler village. Easy to run back in case you forget something (forgot the helmet one morning). Nice wide screen TV, high speed internet, and good sized bathroom. Having washer/dryer in the condo is handy to warm up the ski gloves.

Greg's condo in Bear Lodge is very comfortable and quiet. It faces Blackcomb Mountain, so does not get the noise from the Village in early morning hours. We have always found it clean and well-appointed. A real plus this year was the addition of Internet access in the living room.

We recently spent 6 nights in Whister, our second time as a family. This property is very cozy and well maintained - it has everything you need. It is also in a great location, close to the lifts and shops, only steps away from the fabulous new library. I'd highly recommend this property for a couple or a family with less than 4 people. We can't wait to visit again.
