My wife and I have not spent much time in southern Florida so we were looking for a clean affordable condo to rent. We found this place through a referral from a friend and we couldn't have been happier. The unit was clean, well furnished and very convenience to local attractions. We would recommend this unit without hesitation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I can't recommend this condo enough! As a family (with 2 young kids), we really have a tough time finding a versatile and user friendly condo. Not only did we find versatility, we found a clean condo, with a great management group, and a wonderful pool! We've stayed in several areas of Florida, both with and without kids, and this location is our favorite. I'm not sure what I like the best, but the nearby restaurants, short (very short) walk to the beach and marina view certainly top the list. I'm willing to pay for convenience, but thankfully I dont have to. I've now enjoyed both on and off season at this property and will most definitely return. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Very nicely furnished! Great condition. Exactly as advertised. A wonderful restaruant just downt he street. We had a great time, the weather even cooperated!
