THE SUMMIT is the best located condominium beach resort in the area with the most to offer at an affordable price. Each unit has a view of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets from your own private balcony.

There are two large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, two outside hot tubs, an indoor spa, a snack bar, tiki bar, internet cafe, laundromat, tennis court, his and her exercise rooms with sauna, game room, shuffleboard, and outdoor grilling area.

The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour security. Entrances are guarded.

Units are approximately 900 square feet and have the same layout. However, all units are not the same!

We have two exceptional units for you to choose from: one on the fifth floor and one on the seventh floor, both units are centrally located.

Both have an impressive view of the Summit grounds and no building restrictions of our coastline view.

Our units include a combination of mirrors, crown moulding, hanging light fixtures, ceramic flooring, carpet in bedroom , living room, and beautiful furniture. Even the balconies are tiled!

With a king size bed, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sofa-sleeper, our units sleep up to six people comfortably. Regretfully, no pets are allowed.

  • We stayed in unit 521 and it was very well decorated and very, very clean. I will hightly recommend renting this unit to anyone. I would definately stay here again on our next visit to PCB.

  • We rented the condo June 2005. The owners were wonderful to deal with and always responded promptly to phone calls or e-mails. The condo was beautiful and very clean and of course the ocean was beautiful. We look forward to coming back again.
