If you're looking for a place to call home during your stay, then our home is for you - modern, comfortable and inviting.

Our five-level, NON-SMOKING, townhouse condominium is located in the historic West End. Our home is close to the energizing activity of Commercial Street yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

Wonderful harbor water views await you from the private deck and living room. Open the 12 foot French slider to allow in ocean fresh breezes while you watch the comings and goings of Provincetown's harbor.

Three bedrooms provide plenty of room for you and friends. All of the bedrooms are bright and cheerful with comfortable mattresses for a great night sleep. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom offers a king bed.

There are two new elegant bathrooms with refreshing showers. The first bathroom has a double shower for the romantic in you. The second bathroom has a "shower salon" with a 12 inch rain shower head. (It's a shower big enough for a king, Queen or the whole court!) This second bathroom boasts cathedral ceilings and glass blocks to allow in natural light.

If you enjoy cooking then our fully equipped kitchen is for you! The kitchen has granite counter tops, filtered tap-water, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot, ice maker and all the utensils you need to feel at home and whip up a gourmet meal.

If you want to just hang out at night and watch a good movie, our large screen projection TV and DVD player should satisfy your needs.
Bring your laptop and connect to the internet with wireless cable. Go ahead and call home...unlimited long distance in the continental US.

Finally, hardwood floors run through out the kitchen, baths, dining and living areas. Wall to wall carpeting covers the bedroom floors. Two parking spots can accommodate up to four cars in tandem. There is also a washer and dryer in unit.

We hope you choose our home to be your home during your stay.

We have a few simple rules during your stay. Respect our neighbors by having no parties or loud music, no smoking, and no overnight guests on the couch.

  • My pals and I have been going to Carnival in Ptown for 12 years, and we have stayed in seven different condos. This is my favorite. Several of the other places have been great, but Paul and Doug have made this a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect--close enough to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Paul and Doug also are very attentive and helpful without being a bit bothersome. I highly recommend this place, but just don't book it for the week my pals and I want to be there, or I just may cry!

  • We stayed here last year and I can only re-emphasize my previous comments. This is a lovely condo, in a quiet yet central location. Great kitchen - it's very well equipped and we used it extensively. The owners are very responsive to requests, highly organized, and provide excellent service. We will certainly consider coming back especially if the condo stays competitively priced.

The kitchen has everything that you need and is a great space to cook any kind of meal. The location is perfect since it is walking to distance to everything, yet is much quiter than commericial street. I hope to stay there again!!

  • WE thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was extremely well located - near beaches and town, offering the ability to walk or bike to all. Yet, in a quiet section of town. Plenty of room and nicely appointed. The kitchen had every kind of appliance, pot, pan, bowl, gadget you could possibly want. Awesome bathrooms. The whole family enjoyed!

The townhous is in a wonderful section of town - close enough to everything yet a place to relax in a quiet environment. What makes this home even more special are the owners who clearly have read up on what service is all about. Thier professional yet friendly personalities were not only apparent through correspondence but in the little touches to make our stay more comfortable.

  • Gracious living at its height! We found this impeccably decorated, spacious and airy townhouse offered more amenities than we could fully take advantage of. We'll remedy that by staying two weeks next year! The location is perfect for an easy stroll into town but quiet enough for sleeping late the next morning thanks to the comfy beds and room-darkening window treatments. Post-beach cocktails on the breezy deck could go on for hours with that view and were a perfect antidote to the humidity below during our July week. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything needed, and more, to prepare meals in. The thoughtful restaurant recommendations did not disappoint when we did eat out. And those showers will make a grown woman cry! Thoughtful touches abounded -- beachtowels, board games, cooking magazines, DVDs... All in all, the perfect setting for a vacation that made us loath to leave and eager to return.

  • A beauitful and comfortable condo. Exactly what I would wish to own if I lived close enough to Provincetown to be there every weekend. It is the perfect distance from the busy commercial street area. Just far enough away to feel like you are secluded but close enough to get there by foot in a few minutes. And the bathrooms are to die for.
