Vacation in paradise!!! Enjoy this ground level, 1650 SQUARE FOOT, waterfront house on the gulfside, just minutes from the open Gulf and Atlantic waters. FREE FLOWING CANAL (cleanest in the Keys),swim, snorkel, fish or just relax with a drink on the deck, and a beautiful clean water view.
This house has been completely refurbished with new exquisite tropical furniture, and a relaxing nautical atmosphere. Two master bedrooms each with there own bathrooms and entertainment centers. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen bed, and an additional Queen pullout in the Living Room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Rent a boat or bring your own and park at our 50 foot dock. The boat launch is one block away or call Jeff's Boat Rentals for free delivery. Swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research center or stay at home and relax in this wonderful tropical setting.
This house is truly one of a kind, and OUR GOAL is your enjoyment and relaxation. We would love to make our second home, your second home.
