This well-appointed home is situated in a gated Adult community of 24 homes with a resort atmosphere consisting of beautiful landscaped grounds, large solar heated swimming pool with spa, sauna, and shaded picnic area. The home is equipped with a high speed broadband internet service including a modem and a router for wireless. The home is a 3 minute walk to nearby golf course and a Deli & market.

This home is nicely positioned in Hidden Meadows with an easy, three-minute access from the Interstate I-15 Freeway at the Deer Spring and Mountain Meadow Road exit. This I-15 exit is 6 miles north of the Escondido City Center. You will experience a wonderful drive up the four-lane Mountain Meadow Road and then will pass gently though the Meadow Lake Golf Course.

This luxurious home is the creation of an talented architect and has approximately 2300 square feet of living space that is open, bright, cozy, clean, and inviting. Upon entering you will be breathless with deluxe Ethan Allen furniture nestled around a large fireplace. To your left is wide open stair case leading up to a open loft study with a large window, a desk and a 3 seater leather sofa.

Back to the home entrance, looking straight you will get a glimpse of the wet bar to the left and then to the right a sophisticated dining table with six high-back chairs. Further ahead is a cozy TV room that is nicely appointed with an Ethan Allen sofa and a LazyBoy recliner and looks out to the patio and garden through sliding doors. The cozy TV room is the result of converting the third bedroom into an enhanced living area.

Beyond the wet bar on the left is the entrance to the kitchen and large nook. The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen looks out to the garden and patio over the kitchen counter and the four counter stools through a large sliding door.

The large master and guest bedrooms are located upstairs beyond the open loft study both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a high ceiling, a large walk-in closet, a 25-inch TV with built-in VCR & DVD player, an executive bathroom having a large bath, separate shower area, and a large counter with two sinks and lighted mirrors. Also, the master bedroom has a queen-size sleigh bed with a Chattam and Wells mattress, large dressor/mirror, side tables, and desk. A sliding door provides entrance to its own patio with of nature reserve and garden.

The large guest bedroom has a queen bed, matching dressor, mirror, side table and tall dressor. The guest bedroom has its own full bathroom.

This unique home is a three-minute walk to a deli, and to the Meadow Lake Golf Course driving range, putting green and a beautiful 18-hole golf course. A five-minute drive will place you at The Lawrence Welk Resort having an executive 18-hole golf course and live theater. The following attractions are easily accessible: Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, historic California Missions, San Diego Old Town, Balboa Park, the beaches of Carlsbad & Oceanside and wine tasting.

The monthly rental rate includes high speed internet service, telephone with unlimited nation wide calling, two TVs' with Cox cable having 75 channels including CNN and Discovery, gardening, soft water, all water inside and out, and trash pickup weekly. Not included is SDGE electricity.
