  My family & I would like to thank the owners for a fantastic 2 week holiday. We were promised a spacious luxury apartment and we were not disappointed. Everything was as described if not better! We have been to Orlando several times previous but this time was made extra special by the apartments fab location! You really are so close to everything, from the theme parks to the bars and restaurants of International drive... Even a supermarket. So much to do and so so close by! So close a rental car really isn't a necessity. Thank you so much, I would recommend staying here 10 times over. Communication with the owner was great, organising our stay was so simple and once we'd arrived check-in was a breeze. Plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably live, we couldn't fault it.   We stayed at this Vista Cay condo over Thanksgiving week and couldn't of been more pleased. The condo itself was huge, tastefully decorated, stocked with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The condo looks exactly like the photos online. Our family of 5 were extremely confortable staying in this condo. The owners live overseas and couldn not of been easier to deal with. Every time I emailed them with questions or concerns they responded very quickly and were very helpful. The resort itself is amazing. We used the pool area near the clubhouse, but I think there is a second pool area that we did not see. The pool was large, heated, and had many chairs and loungers available. There was also a huge hot tub. Vista Cay is within walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center. It is located very close to all of the Orlando attractions. We were 2 minutes to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica and less than 10 minutes to Disney. International Drive is only 1 minute away and is loaded with shopping and restaurants. You are literally right in the middle of everything. The only 2 minor issues I had, and they are very minor and would not keep me from renting this property again was the tv and the bed linens. I think the Millenium Management Company probably provides the linens for the beds. The pillows were very very flat and there were not a lot of them. We asked for more and did get them. The sheets and blankets were not very soft either. The blankets were not on the bed, we put them on ourselves and they were very stiff and scratchy. I just would expect a little higher quality linens in a nice resort like Vista Cay. The issue with the tv was very few channels available. I do not know if the resort provides the cable or if each unit is responsible for their own cable, but it seemed that we only had a handful of channels, most of them local. Again neither the linens or the tv's are a big deal for us, just thought I would mention it. You will not be disappointed in this condo. We can't wait to come back.

When it comes to number of available channels on the TV this was a temporarily problem from the cable company Brighthouse. We have now checked up that the hundreds of channels are available as they should. We have also requested from our management company to replace the linens to make sure that everything is 100 % for our future guests.   We stayed in Gunnar's luxury condo in Vista Cay for four nights which was the second part of our trip to Florida just before we returned home. It was our second time to stay in Vista Cay and our first time to stay in Gunnar's condo. This was a lovely property, very comfortable clean and well laid out. It is located at the convention centre end of Vista Cay and overlooks Lake Cay. It is a top floor property and has a lovely balcony which we used regularly for sitting out particularly at night which was most relaxing. The advantages of staying at Vista Cay have been well articulated elsewhere and it is one of the best positioned rental locations in Florida because of its proximity to practically everything from attractions, to restaurants, the airport, shopping outlets etc. One of the big advantages of staying at this property is that it is one of the few in Vista Cay where you can operate without a car as it is less than a half mile away from the bus station in International Drive. We did have a car but you don't necessarily need one. There is one word of warning I want to pass on about the properties in Vista Cay and that is that you can get locked out on the balcony very easily depending on the way you have the door lock set. It happened to us and luckily it was around 6.30pm in the evening as we had to shout down to two girls out walking to come up and release us as we had no phone to contact reception. The two girls that abandoned their walk to help us told us that the very same thing happened to them that morning in their condo but they were able to jump over the fence and re-enter their property as it was a ground floor property so beware! This episode could have had a very unhappy ending if it happened late at night. All that being said this is a lovely place to stay and we would have no hesitation whatever coming back to stay here again.

  We are a group of 3 adults and 5 kids. We had wonderful time staying in this condo! tasty design, modern kitchen with all cookware we needed. very covenient for us to cook. roomy with high ceiling. refreshing.... Kids love the game machine, pool and spa. I'd highly recommend it to anyone with a family coming to Orlando!

  We can highly recommend a stay in this condo! Very clean, plenty of room for 5 people. It is extremely well located!!! We were at Disney within 15 minutes and Universal is literally just up the street! The management company was very happy to help with anything we needed 24 hours a day. The unit has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. It is clean, spacious, well-appointed and has amazing views. The pre and post visit customer service from the owner is exceptional...just exceptional. One of our favorite activities this trip, was to walk the circuit around the lake. It is my new happy place. It is approximately 2 miles and has the most spectacular birds living there. We did some cooking at the condo and this was easy, convenient and saved us money and time traveling to restaurants. The Publix is well stocked and convenient. Looking forward to next years trip--we've already started planning. Joar Vadset Norway

  Beautiful condo, excellent resort. We loved it, plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. Great views, condo nicer than you expect, pictures do not do it justice. Would highly recommend. Had everything we needed and more. Owner really nice and helpful. Close to everything you need and very easy to get to all the parks and main shopping areas. Pool a little cold but the hot tub was great for our little one. Have been to Orlando over 10 times, one of the nicer resorts to stay in. You wont regret it.

  Great apartment had a wonderful stay, relaxing, comfortable, nice location. would rent this apartment again. looks just like it does in the photos. just one personal thing i feel the cold & would like to have an option of a light duvet on the bed for the winter season.

  My family had the enjoyment of staying in the XL apartment in June-July for three weeks, and we wished we could have stayed for a much longer time. We just loved it. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our family is 4+2 and we do have space enough both inside and outside. The kids in our family at 9-10-11-13 had a wonderful time there togheter wit us. We stay in some of the parks, went shopping and dining just close to the condo. We also travel around to other places e.g. to the beeches at Clearwater, Tampa, Cocoa and Daytona. We had very positive experiences with all of our choices. The outlets and malls worked handy and were well stocked. The Publix and local pizza shop (NVPD-Pizza) were convenient and made those days we didn't want to leave very handy. The management company was quite helpful and friendly and made our stay even more pleasant. The condo was fabulous. This were a serious and perfect alternative to the typical hotel roo. It was well appointed, clean, well maintained and just overall lovely. We will definitely return to Vista Cay. The facilities were amazing too. The pool, hot tub, exercise room and clubhouse were well maintained and lovely. I would definitely recommend highly to anyone.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  An very large and well appointed condo with great views of Sea world (a 5 minute drive). The management company were very good with 24 hour cover. International Drive only 15 mins walk with easy access too I Ride trollies. Access to all Universal parks was easy and you dont have to use the I4. For golfers we found nearby Shingle Creek great value as they offer Vista Cay residents free use of either Callaways or the latest Taylor Made golf clubs. Would certainly use this condo again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  I've had a WONDERFUL and MAGIC vacation in Orlando together with my husband and children in age from 7 to 17 years, living in this marvellous appartment at Vista cay for almost three weeks. The appartment had all we needed to feel great! It's an open and nice app., the rooms are big. We felt like having much space, even if we were two families living together (10). The kitchen had everything. there was an excellent shop and also take-aways nearby. short way to the parks, and also to lovely shopping-possibilities! THANK YOU for letting us stay at Vista cay!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
