'All Decked Out' is a perfect beach home, actually backing to Ocean Blvd, for your gathering of family or friends. Plenty of parking on the Charleston Blvd side of the house, but all of the entertaining on the Ocean side! Located in a very desirable part of the island with beach access directly across the street. You will love the ocean views from the multiple decks. You don't get any closer to the beach, unless you are renting beachfront property. Enjoy the ocean breezes from your newly renovated outdoor pool area as of April 2013.
This is the best section of the beach in all of Isle of Palms. The beaches are wide without the traffic and crowds of Palm Blvd. Parking is not allowed on Ocean Blvd so you see more bicycles and golf carts than cars! Bike ride to Sullivan's island restaurants, a short walk to Breach inlet, The Boathouse restaurant, Main blvd shops and restaurants, as well as a ten minute drive to the Mount Pleasant Town Center - an outdoor mall with a variety of national chains, locally-owned stores, restaurants, and a multi-screen movie theater. You can also be in historic Charleston in only 20 minutes.
New owners as of May 2011 with full interior updates completed in Winter 2011 and all new decks, porches and pool area as of April 2013. This house is one of the best 2nd row houses on the island!
House layout:
1st floor: Master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, opening to the private pool. There is a second bedroom with two queen-size beds that uses the full bath in the hall. Utility room with a washer/dryer is on this floor. This floor has been completely updated with designer bedding.
2nd floor: this is the main floor of the house with an open floor plan and plenty of seating and entertaining areas. Inside is a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and a large family room with a 42' flat-screen TV opening to a wrap-around screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and dining. This floor is the center of the activity and has been newly updated!
3rd floor: this floor has three of the 6 bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, large private bathroom and a large new private deck with great ocean views. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom. All of these bedrooms are fully updated with designer furnishings and bedding.
4th floor: the top floor is a single-room bedroom loft, also with amazing ocean views. This is a great place for the younger generation to retreat from the adults - it sleeps seven in beds (5 singles and 2 sleeper sofas), has a TV/DVD entertainment area, and is tucked away from the rest of the house - the kids will have a blast all week long!
This six-bedroom, 3200 sq. ft. house sleeps up to 17 in beds, though we limit rental groups to 14 or less. It seats 8 at dining room table, 6 at kitchen table and 4 at game room table in the living room. There is space for 10 for dining on the screened-porch. There are 6 TVs, many with attached DVD combo units, including a HD 42' flat-screen TV in living room. We also offer free wireless internet access within our home. After a great day at the beach, you will enjoy relaxing in the resort-like, private, swimming pool.

My wife and I have been going to the Isle of Palms and surrounding beaches for over 10 years. This place was by far the best. First, the accommodations were by far the best, from the furniture to the bedding to all the amenities. The quality of the house was superior to anything we had experienced. The pool area is secluded and quiet but the beach is a 1 minute stroll across the street and oh the beaches are unbelievable. We have walked them all and this was the widest stretch by far. Also, the area is secluded so you rarely see traffic. Great access off the island to Charleston and the surrounding islands. We won't stay anywhere else...FABULOUS!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This was the perfect house to gather 3 generations for a family wedding! With the 4 levels, there was plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining. The updated decor was exquisite. The location was ideal to ride bikes, go to the beach, sight see and lounge by the beautiful pool, yes even in October! Gotta love South Carolina weather. We did alot of research on area properties and were not disappointed. Good value. We hope to make this an annual event and be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is your home away from home with everything you could need to be happy, comfortable and relaxed! We had a wedding at the SC aquarium in Charleston, so at any given time we would have lots of people stopping by, eating, drinking and playing. Although the house sleeps 19, it has seating for 26 to eat! That did not include the couches, chairs and coffee table! So be ready to party! The decks were wonderful to soak up the sun and ocean breezes. Some adults and big kids really enjoyed the pool, bicycles and corn hole and others found wonderful golf courses close to home. The beach was beautiful and a very quick walk. Lots of parking too. The owners of this home want to make your vacation perfect. Thanks Rodney and Christy! We will difinitely be back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Very close access to the beach and pool was an added bonus. This house is great for young to middle age children and multi-family. Loved the 4th floor bedroom for kids. Very relaxing and very clean. My family has been returning to this house for nearly a decade. It has become as much a part of our family vacations as Charleston itself. The pool is kept very clean and the beach access path is literally across the street. Be sure to rent some bike so you can ride down to Fort Moultrie and up to the Banana Cabana for a basket of Loud Puppies and a bowl of He-Crab Soup.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms:
After visiting Isle of Palms many times, we fell in love with the Island and it's great beaches, along with the close proximity to great shopping and restaurants in Charleston SC. In May 2011, we purchased this home after looking at nearly every home for sale on IOP. We love the location - the quieter end of the Island and the ability to walk to the Boathouse or Windjammer and ride bikes over to Sullivan's Island. The beaches in front of the house are some of the widest on the Island. We will continue to maintain and update the house every year to make it a great family-friendly vacation home that people will want to come back to year after year.
