This four bedroom, waterfront home is situated in a sparsely populated, quiet location with a beautiful view of Harpswell Harbor. From the deck enjoy the birds, an occasional seal, and other forms of wildlife. On Saturdays in August watch for the sailboat races in the harbor. Celebrate the 4th of July where you can view the fireworks across the water from the deck!

There are stairs that lead to a pebbly beach, perfect for swimming, walking, exploring, and launching a canoe or kayak. The large yard in the front and back are well-groomed and conducive to family games and cookouts. The deck in front extends around the side of the house. Useful for meals, cocktails, or an evening card game while enjoying the view.

On the first floor has a sun filled livingroom, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has large windows for enjoying the ocean scenes. Also on the first floor is a full bath with jacuzzi tub, washer, and dryer. A small sitting room has a queen-size futon and TV/VCR.

The second floor has four bedrooms. One with two twins and one with a twin trundle. The other two bedrooms have one queen-size bed each and water views. There is also a full bath on the second floor.
