Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We are from Omaha Nebraska. We built this vacation home in 2004 and it's still like brand new. We used it once every other month and enjoyed family and friend gatherings. We enjoyed it so much that we recently retired and built another home in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Goodyear:
Since we have been visiting the area for the past 10 years, we can guarantee you will be hooked once you stay here. We refer to the area as a 'well-kept secret'. It is far enough from Phoenix but yet close enough to enjoy all its amenities. This is resort-type living at its best!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We built this house on this lot because of the view fencing. We loved the view of the beautiful saguaro!
