Located in The Village of South Walton in Seacrest and just a few steps from Rosemary Beach, "The Aberdeen" is a brand new unit that beckons you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sights, sounds, and more. Beautiful Highway 30-A will draw you in by the laid back pace and lush nature. Less known than Destin or Panama City, there is less traffic, less crowds, but many shops, restaurants, and activities to keep you entertained.
Each community along 30-A including Seaside and Grayton Beach - has its own style but all embrace relaxation as a way of life. You will find one-of-a-kind treasures in the quaint shops, gourmet meals from sushi and seafood to Tex-Mex and Italian, and an abundance of original art inspired by the eclectic way of life at the beach. All along 30-A there is a wide variety of shopping, dining, golf, water activities, live concerts, festivals, and on and on. The Camp Creek Golf Club, a Tom Fazio designed course, is an extraordinary place with 36 holes, a driving range, golf shop, and snack bar. You will not miss out on anything if you do not want to but part of what makes 30-A so enjoyable is that you do not have to do any of it, if you do not want to. Just stroll, sip, nap, or soak up the sun.
Whether you are looking for a place for your family or an adult’s only get-away, everything you need is in "The Aberdeen." Over 1400 square feet, this unit is the largest, three bedroom unit in the Village and our rental prices are comparable to the smaller three bedroom units. Just recently completed in the summer of 2004, this top floor, single level unit includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, balcony, and large living, dining area with all the conveniences of home and the comforts of a cottage.
Luxury materials continue throughout the condo with imported travertine stone on the floors in the entertaining areas, bathrooms, and balcony, granite countertops in the kitchen, and marble in the bathrooms. There are TVs and VCRs in every room with DVDs in the Living Room, Master bedroom, and second bedroom. There is also wireless internet access in the condo.
The luxury master suite includes an extra large bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean, a private entry to the balcony, a king size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, and ample storage space. The large master bath has a double vanity, over-sized shower, and a jetted garden tub. Everything is decorated for comfort with soft and silky linens you can sink into.
The fabulous kitchen is ready for you whether you eat out or want to prepare a gourmet meal. It includes granite countertops, dishwasher, solid surface stove, and a large pantry. It is fully supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, and small appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The living and dining area is beautifully designed for comfort and enjoyment. There is a table for six as well as four stools at the bar. The living area includes a love seat and a sofa sleeper with a chaise lounge for you to sit back and relax. There is also an entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD, and CD/Radio Stereo. The large windows and French doors fill the room with light and the view of the gulf is spectacular.
The beautiful travertine stone continues on the balcony where there is seating for four, a Charleston-style lantern, and Turkish limestone railing. The balcony is perfect for dinner or just a glass of wine to end the day.
There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. Each room has ceiling fans, TVs, and a closet. The second bathroom provides plenty of space and is tastefully decorated with travertine stone and marble.
Take a short stroll or call the private shuttle to enjoy the fabulous 12,000 square foot pool or the sugar white sand of the beach. The pool is incredible with lush landscaping, ample beach chairs, waterfalls, fountains, and children’s areas. It is truly a paradise. Or maybe you want to head to the beach. Your private shuttle will take you and pick you up at the steps leading down to the beach.
Don't feel like cooking? There are several restaurants within walking distance including the newly completed Chops 30-A. Jim Altamura of the premier Destin restaurants Marina Cafe and Destin Chops has duplicated and enhanced the Chops concept with a sushi bar, plush cocktail lounge, and rich steakhouse. Quaint, open-air kiosks line the grass-covered commons area of the Towne Centre of The Village of South Walton Beach. Each brightly colored, gabled unit is easily identified and inviting for both regular customers and newcomers alike. From sunglasses to souvenirs, hop into one of these kiosks to find just the right thing.
The white sand and emerald waters await you. Whether you are going for just a few hours or from sunrise to sunset, the beaches of South Walton are sure to please.

While we were unable to secure a place in Rosemary Beach, we could not have been more happy here next door in Seacrest. We were smack in between Rosemary & Alys Beach - all within walking distance of each other. It really is a great location and area with those three beaches on the east side of 30A. If you don't mind a little road noise from the traffic on 30A, it truly is a great condo with a great view overseeing beach homes and a view of the water. Being on the 4th floor was a prime spot for us. We loved the layout of the place with the Master near the back with views of the water and the other two bedrooms near the entrance. It was very accommodating and a casual setting. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks for having us! Beth & Alex

Just completed a wonderful stay at the Aberdeen. Very clean, spacious for our family of five. Loved the location. As advertised, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Shuttles were readily available, but we preferred the short walks. Impressed by the size, beauty of the beach areas in this region as this was our first trip to the panhandle. The owner, Jim, was great to work with. Excellent value for the amenities at the condo. Hope to return in the future.

We stayed at the Aberdeen Friday - Sunday, March 4th-6th. We found the condo to be even better than it looked in the photos. The master bedroom and master bath are amazing--spacious, clean and well-appointed. I LOVED the Jacuzzi tub; I took four baths during our three-night stay! The bath is very large and very deep. Take a great book with you and stay in until your wrinkly. The balcony (which you can access from the Master or the great room) was wonderful also. You can see the ocean and hear the waves, even though you are on the other side of 30-A. The internet connectivity was seamless; I didn't do anything except click on the IE icon and I was up and running on the web. And we were so happy to get to bring our dog-baby Lulu. She got to be a pro at waiting for the elevator to go downstairs for her many walks. We would recommend Paradis in Rosemary Beach, in the square. We went between 5 and 5:45 when the entrees are half-price and had one of the best meals we can remember. Jim Dixon, the owner, was great to work with in renting the condo. He was agreeable and accessible each time I called. Too, he was accommodating and helpful in our making the rental and had several tips on where to eat. We were very glad we took his advice on the Paradis. Even though it got cold during our stay and we didn't get to enjoy the pools, we still had a fabulous time. This place is literally steps from Rosemary Beach. You won't go wrong if you stay at the Aberdeen. We will definitely be back!

My first ever vacation to Florida was staying at The Aberdeen and it was awesome! We had a wonderful time there. Beautiful beach, close to 2 swimming pools. Fun Mexican food and my first Sushi ever at Chops. All within walking distance. Everything you need is in The Aberdeen - it was so very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in Florida.

It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and centrally located to all of the shops and dining of Rosemary. The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were lovely. Great place for a family or couples vacation. We highly recommend.

Thsi condo and location were perfect for a family. The pools are amazing and the beach is gorgeous. Everything was top notch and just as described. We will head back for sure. The inside of the condo is decorated beautifully and is so clean. The whole area is a 10 for sure.

The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable! We loved the property with its amenities, the restaurants, the pools, and all of the green space. Everything you need is well within walking distance. We also prepared several meals in the condo and it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are larger than those that you typically find in a condo and the master bathroom was HUGE. We'll definitely return to Rosemary Beach and this condo!
