Book Now to enjoy Beautiful Snowmass Village house for rent. Five bedroom and five bath house with fabulous mountain views. The ski lifts are just down the road--less than 2 miles to the new base village!
Open layout with living room, den, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Oversized stone fireplace, hot tub for six, and deck. Visit our website (see below) for more information on this home. Groups larger than 10 must be approved by the owners.
Beautifully decorated bedrooms with twig and log furniture and antler chandeliers. Please visit our website for more detailed descriptions of each of the bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a private bath, a flat screen TV with basic cable and a DVD player. (Additional channels in living room and master bedroom.) Upstairs master bedroom with king bed, office and large master bathroom with separate shower, deep soaking tub and double sinks. Second upstairs bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king) and a private bath. Downstairs guestroom with king bed and a bunk bed in separated area. All bathrooms in the main house were just renovated (Fall 2009) with natural stone and brushed nickel fixtures. Recently added (Summer 2003) separate wing has two bedrooms, the bedroom on the right has a queen bed and a private bath, and the bedroom on the left has one twin and one bunk bed and a private bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players and basic cable TV. Amenities for babies and toddlers includes booster seats, Pack N Play cribs and toys. Rustic hardwood floors were installed June 2005.
Getting around Snowmass Village is easy. You have three options from the house--driving, using the shuttle service, or using "Dial a Ride". First, the Snowmass Village Shuttle (Service Route #8) stops at the corner of Meadow and Sinclair Road which is about two tenths of a mile from the house. The shuttle provides service to Snowmass Village. Second, you can get to the slopes with "Dial a Ride" service for $1 per person; it is a service provided by the City of Snowmass Village and High Mountain Taxi and offers service within Snowmass Village. The service is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. however, they recommend calling thirty minutes before your time of departure. Third, we provide a resident parking pass with advance booking which allows you to park in the Village.
If you wish to visit Aspen, we are just 10 miles away from more great skiing, additional restaurants and fabulous shopping.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was our first time to Aspen/Snowmass and we thought it was a great place. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. Excellent view and close to all. Owners were great to work with and we will definitely be back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our stay at the Overlook was excellent as it has been over the past few years. Cody (on site property manager) was more than helpful. He went out of his way to insure that we has a good stay. Only negative for the Overlook is the driveway, it is fine if there is no snow, but with snow, one has to dig out before leaving. Even with a 4WD it is a problem. Cody was at the place early each morning when it snowed to get us shoveled out.
Owner response:Hard working & wonderful Cody does a great job clearing the driveway and is at the house bright and early if it snows! We used to have a contract with a plow service, but the shovel and snow blower (if necessary) does a much better job!

we are a group of 8 men who rented the overlook house for a week during the last two winters. The house was just like it was described and the pictures were accurate. it was easy to get to the ski slope and the free parking pass allowed us to park very close in the village. the house was clean and the resident manager, Cody, did a great job clearing the drive and deck of all the snow we had during our stay. he was present to explain the medial area, check the outdoor grill , answer all our questions and show us around the place when we arrived. susan kelly was easy to deal with and helpful both years. i would highly recommend this house to friends or family. in fact we will return. it is one of the nicest places we have rented and we have been doing this for 22 years.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
