We stayed at this cabin for 2 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 & 3). We all had a blast! We would bundle up and explore in the woods in the area and farther. Lots to do with the great outdoors at your fingertips! The cabin had everything we needed and the owners were easily contacted with any questions. The down side which afftected our sleep was you could hear everything from anywhere in the house. If someone laughed upstairs it woke up my 3 yr old in the bdrm downstairs. We learned to split up come nap time. There was an issue with the snow plough not coming and its a steep driveway so it took a couple trys with sliding down in our truck to get up. But once we packed down the snow, our other car got up too. Overall these things were minor and we would love to stay again. Would highly recommend for adults and kids.

my family enjoyed there stay. The cabin was just what you see in the pictures. Owner was helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend this to a friend. Probably more suited for adults with older children or for romantic getaway. Very little to do on site for little children.

Owner response: Thanks Rob, I look forward to having you back. I am open to recommendations for kids activities too if you have ideas...
We rented the cabin from Oct 4-6 2013. It was very clean, comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed, everything that was supplied IE: appliances, bedding, firewood etc was perfect. the location was so far back into the subdivision we were able to relax without any noise from Nordegg or the road (just what we needed). Overall a VERY good experience and can't wait until next year to come and enjoy the peace and quiet again. We all are looking forward to coming out the first weekend in October next year and every year after. Thank you Jamie and family we really appreciate it. Just a note in the section titled " I'd Recommend This Property For...............It should have a section for Guy's Getaway Thanks.

Definitely going back! Cabin is clean and well-maintained, lives up to the ad. Quiet and peaceful. Great fishing. Beautiful scenic trails. My dog loves the freedom. Especially like the pie at the cafe in town.
