The two bedroom/two full bathroom cottage comes fully equipped for you to have a relaxing vacation or a great off season weekend get away.The cottage will have all the conveniences you will need bed linens,bath towels,washer and dryer,full kitchen,TV'S in the living room and both bedrooms.One bedroom (loft/full bath) has two queen size beds and the second has a king size bed. You will also have a gas grill for cooking out doors and the use of two kayaks.
Bring your boat along, you can dock it at the dock located on the property. Easy access to the Assawomen Bay and just minutes from all the Ocean City "Hotspots"
This property books very quickly due to the laid back area we are loctaed in but just minutes to the beaches of Delaware and Maryland.

This cottage is in a very nice neighborhood setting. Lots of streets with low traffic for walking. The view is fantastic. The decks both top and bottom are very large and the view of the setting sun is wonderful. The cottage is very clean and the owners live close by and are very helpful if anything arises that help is necessary. The first floor bedroom is very convienent for older people or people with disabilities. We have rented this cottage numerous times and love to vacation there. We found this listing years ago when we were wanting to take our dog along on vacations. We will continue to rent from these owners, can't say enough about how responsible they are. A small grassy area is between the cottage and the bay and makes for a wonderful place to lay in the sun.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My boyfriend & I have stayed at Jessica & Paul's cottage three times now & we absolutely love it. It is always clean & it is represented very accurately on the VRBO website. Jessica & Paul live next door & are quick to get back to us if we ever have a question or an issue. I would highly recommend this property. It is very peaceful & right on the water. We now are "regulars" at the cottage & go twice a year because we love it so much!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We really had a great time in the cottage. Loved the views and the crabbing was so much fun. We did had an issue with the lack or a door on the second bedroom. My kids, although they are in their 20s, they still hated being woken up at 8am with us. I did not mind them getting woken up early, it made it so we could get to the beach earlier. I would rent there again for a quiet weekend with my husband but for a family vacation we need 2 bedrooms with doors. So relaxing and I loved being right on the bay, it was great.
Owner response:Our cottage has a open floor plan. The first bed room is on the first floor of the house, this room has a king bed. The first floor also has a full bath, kitchen, living area and dining room. The seound floor is a loft with a full bath room and two queen beds. This loft has a very large deck and is great for relaxing and ejoying breath taking sun sets.

The Bayberry Cottage is located at the end of the street and has terrific views of the bay, The owners sunset photo is typical of the sunset views we experienced and we enjoyed watching them from the upper deck. The cottage is clean and well maintained. We had difficulty lighting the grill and the owner came within 5 minutes to light it. What service! The 2 kayacks were a bonus and there are many canals off the bay to explore. The bay is a perfect area to kayack as it is protected from the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen offered everything we needed. The State Beach in Fenwick is 3 miles away and is beautiful. We would certainly stay in the Bayberry Cottage again.
