This luxury condo, The WaterGarden, was built in 2004. The 20th-floor unit boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedrooms, all overlooking the New River. It features ceramic tile in the kitchen; carpeting in bedrooms and living area; granite kitchen countertops; and all-new contemporary furniture and kitchen appliances. This is a non-smoking unit.
Las Olas Boulevard is full of quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. One block west is the Riverwalk, with entertainment, more great restaurants and the Museum of Discovery and Science. You can board the Water Bus to cruise along the river, or jump on the bus heading east to the gorgeous beach.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You'll love admiring the view of the New River from the balcony which opens up from the living room through its full-height sliding glass doors. Inside you will find comfortable furniture which can easily be opened out into a convertible bed. The flat-screen tv and music system await you.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an en-suite bathroom and a generously-sized walk-in closet. The second bedroom has its own bathroom too. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the New River, and are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen, foyer area and bathrooms are tiled; the living room and bedrooms are carpeted.

I was brought up in South Africa, on the coast of the Indian Ocean, so when I moved to the USA -- via London, for most of my 20s -- I naturally gravitated to a seaside city. I now live in Boca Raton, about 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale.

I stayed in this condo for three months over the summer. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has an amazing view. The building itself is beautiful and has great amenities including a pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. To top it all off, the location cannot get any better since it is walking distance from many great restaurants on Las Olas. The owner of the condo is extremely accommodating and helpful. If you need a place to stay in South Florida, I highly reccommend this condo!

The listing was just what you got which was very pleasent. The condo was very clean and everything worked well. The owner was very helpful and made sure all was good when we moved in. I would recommend this property to any one.There is an abundance of good restaurants in close walking proximity to the condo so a car is not needed. You can sit on the balcony and have sundowners and watch the beautful super yachts go sailing by. The swimming pool is great and also has nice views. I would go back and stay anytime. I have stayed there a few times and always enjoyed it.

My family and I are in Fort Lauderdale every summer and our first choice of stay is always here. It is magnificiently luxurious and you feel as though you are at home. The condo is nicely decorated and everything you might need is already there. There is a nice gym and an excellent pool for all athlete swimmers. I enjoyed swimming as a workout at their pool. Security is top notch and there are two parking spots available. The owner is also a wonderful lady and is always there should a problem arise. It is a delight to stay in her condo. We have stayed there for two summers already. I enjoy hanging out on the spacious balcony at night. The river is right in front of the condo. The place is also family friendly and the owner was always so accomodating when I had to drag a crib into her place when my son was younger. Thanks! Once again, this place is great!
