The 20th-floor unit boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedrooms, all overlooking the New River. It features ceramic tile in the kitchen; carpeting in bedrooms and living area; granite kitchen countertops; and all-new contemporary furniture and kitchen appliances. This is a non-smoking unit.

You'll love admiring the view of the New River from the balcony which opens up from the living room through its full-height sliding glass doors. Inside you will find comfortable furniture which can easily be opened out into a convertible bed. The flat-screen tv and music system await you.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an en-suite bathroom and a generously-sized walk-in closet. The second bedroom has its own bathroom too. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the New River, and are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen, foyer area and bathrooms are tiled; the living room and bedrooms are carpeted.

I was brought up in South Africa, on the coast of the balmy Indian Ocean, so when I moved to the USA -- via London, for most of my 20s -- I naturally gravitated to a seaside town. I now live in Boca Raton, just a few minutes from the beach, and about 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale.
