This spacious, two bedroom, two bath, Wildernest condominium backs up to the White River National Forest with a southern exposure and stunning views of Peak One and Buffalo Mountain from the living room and deck. This unit is fully and tastefully furnished with all the requirements of a home away from home to make your stay convenient and uncomplicated. This first floor Condo with parking right outside the door has a wood-burning fireplace in the open-space living area. Free WiFi wireless is available from within the condo.

The Summit County Stage, a free bus system will drop you off at ski & Board resorts, the outlet mall, and restaurants in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge; then return you when you are finished. Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek are all within 15-30 minutes. The clubhouse with heated pool, sauna, and hot tub are just steps away and available for your use as our guest. There is direct access to snowshoeing, cross-country, and hiking activities right outside your door! Summit County has Five World Class golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Moose, Elk, Mule Deer, and Fox are often seen in the meadow directly behind the Condo.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love to spend as much time in Summit County, CO as possible. We chose our condo complex and condo because of its location, which is close to 5 major ski resorts, a large lake, and hundreds of miles of trails offering hiking, biking, XC skiing, and snowshoeing in the winter. We love to walk and shop in the towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Vail, Keystone, and Copper Mountain.
The condo is a beautiful 1 1/2 hour drive from the Denver International Airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains from our living room, back deck, and backyard. The condo is directly across from the clubhouse where we enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot-tub, and sauna. Parking is available directly in front of our first floor home away from home.
The Summit Stage bus stop (a free Summit Co bus system) is located directly in front of our condo complex. We are able to ride the bus to all towns within the county.
Owner's Map of Private Homes
We are retired professionals who love the outdoors, including skiing, hiking, camping, biking, showshoeing, and xc skiing. We moved to Summit County CO in 1987 and owned a home on the same mountain that our condo is located. In 2004 we sold our home and moved to Denver Metro area, buying our condo two months later. Our photo was taken recently during a vacation trip to Kauai, Hawaii.
