Cocoa Beach... Welcome to your home away from home. This two bedroom, two bath, DIRECT OCEAN, 3rd floor condo (top floor) is one you won’t want to pass up. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is incredible! Open the doors to the thirty-foot balcony and hear the ocean all day as you relax and enjoy the view. The beach is so easily accessible…just a few steps, and your feet are in the sand…
The sunsets are unbelievable, and the silvery waves rolling in at sunset are a scene to behold! The view from your balcony is so fantastic, you may decide to enjoy the beach without ever leaving the unit. This condo complex is a long time favorite because of its “homey” setting. It is not a high-rise, which gives it a more personal feel. The location is perfect. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the pier and public beaches, yet close enough to feel a part of the Cocoa Beach community. You will be 45 minutes from OIA, 55 minutes from Disney, and 20 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center. You have a great view of the launch pad, and on weekends you’ll get to watch the cruise ships head out to the open seas right from the living room or balcony.
The beach is beautiful, with plenty of room to walk, shell seek, play frisbee and boogie board. A great time will be had by all!
This condo is fully furnished, with full kitchen, all linens and beach towels. There are also beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a surfboard at your disposal. The unit has a washer/dryer, cable TVs, DVD/VCR, heated pool, tennis and shuffleboard. There is room for 6, with a king size bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a queen size pullout sofa in the living room. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll do our best to meet your rental requirements. Book in advance to ensure your spot!

Why the Owner Chose Diplomat
We chose to buy this vacation home at this particular location because of the quaintness of the property. We didn't like the idea of a bustling high rise and this place fit the bill. It is a very quiet, private kind of place with a breath-taking view that we enjoy from our 30 foot balcony. You don't even have to walk out to the beach to enjoy the crashing waves, the cool ocean breeze or the dissonant sound of the seagulls.

The condo as is described by the owner. It provided everything we needed for our week stay. The layout of the condo is perfect. The view is amazing and as a bonus, if you like to cook, the kitchen window looks over the ocean as well. Although we brought our own, the owners provide plenty of beach gear. The pool althought a further from the condo than the beach, is very well kept. The overall location of the complex is great as you are close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach. Thanks Brett and Donee for a grest place to stay.

Our family of 5 spent a full week in this condo. It was clean & comfortable. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. She called us during the week to be sure we were comfortable. The building was quiet & relaxing. The condo is on the 3rd (top) floor (no elevator). The beach (private access!) was clean & friendly. The view from the condo is truly fantastic. There is a grocery store close by. We cooked 95% of our meals in the condo and had everything we needed to do so. We drove to Disney one day. Spent another day at Kennedy Space Center. The rest of the time we were on the beach & in the water. Cocoa Beach is a great place for family vacations. We would definitely recommend this property.

My son and I spent two weeks in this apartment. The photos do not do it justice. The view was gorgeous. The location wa ideal. When I wasn't on the beach I was on the balcony watching the waves and cruise ships. The owners were very easy to work with. I hope we go back, soon.

The description and photos are right on. The views from this condo are amazing, nothing like sitting in the family room and being able to just watch the ocean. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was trying to keep our 1 year old out of some of the decorations, but we knew that would happen anywhere we rented. The beach at the condo was very private, there were about 10 other families on any given day, so lots of room to run around. You can literally walk to the Publix for groceries and the main tourist area of cocoa is less than a mile away. I never heard another family while in the condo, it was quiet and peaceful. I would most definately rent here again. Thanks!!
