About the owner: My wife and I and our two adult children have been coming to the Beaver Creek area since 1985. We have owned several residences during that time and consider Arrowhead our favorite. In fact, since retirement we have been coming almost six months during the year and splitting time with our home in Austin, Texas. In addition to the Village Townhome we currently own another home in Arrowhead.
Why the Owner Chose Arrowhead Mountain Resort: We love the location of the Townhome in the Arrowhead Village being steps away from the Arrowbahn lift, Hot Tub, and both the Broken Arrow Café and Vista Restaurants.
We also love the fact that this is an end unit with windows on three sides affording abundant natural light.
The master Bedroom on the ground level is very practical and convenient.
Downstairs a separate laundry room with a Full Size Washer and Dryer along with hanging racks is something most townhome units in the village do not have.
Finally the heated underground parking space is located directly outside the downstairs door to the unit which makes loading and unloading of groceries, luggage, and skis very convenient and easy.
