Our uncrowded beach awaits you. For a true delight, you can even arrange to have chairs and umbrellas rented by day or week and set up for you and taken down each day! Perhaps you prefer a stroll or bike ride 6 short blocks on safe,shaded paths to Coligny Plaza, the center of activity on the island. There you will find over 60 convenient shops, restaurants and activities. This is Hilton Head like it used to be! Had enough? Then return to the quiet, private neighborhood of your beach house. Spacious bedrooms feature a master suite (King bed), second bedroom (Queen), and third bedroom (1 Queen and one Full bed). We have also included full complimentary use of our telephone land line for your convenience.Our neighbors manage our home so we can offer 24 hour concierge service.

We loved our first visit to Hilton Head! The beach was close and an easy walk. Not crowded at all! Definately recommend renting bikes for the week, just don't forget to take a path map with you. Lights for the bike also a good idea for at night. The pool was splendid. We had a wonderful time and the house was very warm and inviting.

  • Location, Location, Location!!! This house is in close proximity to the beach as well as Coligny. We have two small children so being close to the beach is important with all of the gear we had to haul. We loved the Ice Cream Cone for a snack, Coligny Bakery for breakast which is ten short blocks from the house. The house itself has all of the amenities including an updated kitchen. The private pool was terrific as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

  • Dear Anne and Jim, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home on Hilton Head Island. It was our first family vacation and it was perfect. We arrived to a warm welcome with all the nice fall decorations. Your home was very clean and well maintained and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The beach was very close which was great since we have little ones. You guys thought of everything and it was a very relaxing experience.   • Anne and Jim, We certainly enjoyed staying at your Serenity by the Sea. The house is lovely and well maintained; sophisticated and yet very comfortable. The separation of the bedrooms from the other living areas was a real plus for us. Its close proximity to the pool and the two doors accessing the pool made it easy to drift between the pool and both living areas. We walked the beach every day and cut over to Coligny Plaza for our daily smoothie before the walk back on the bike path. The one mistake we made was staying at the Coligny Plaza past dark one evening when we walked there for dinner. Walking back to the house without benefit of street lights was an experience. Your email administration of the rental arrangements was prompt and excellent. We particularly appreciated the quick refund of our security deposit.   • We had a wonderful first visit to HHI! We brought our two children ages 8 & 6 and were joined by my husband's sister and her family with two children ages 10 & 8. Serenity by the Sea was the perfect vacation home for our two families! The kids LOVED the pool, and we all appreciated having the beach within walking distance, making packing and going home for lunch a breeze! We also took Anne's advise and did a boat tour with Commander Zodiac. It was surely the highlight of our week. The zodiac boats only fit up to 6 people, so our family of four (we reserved two boats) got a private boat tour to see the dolphin's up close. We were not disappointed! We saw so many dolphins and our captain was the best...she even gave the kids a turn at steering and doing some dougnut's in the water! We had a blast and hope to return to HHI again!

  • First visit to "Serenity by the Sea", but not to Hilton head. Home is more beautiful than pictures online. Owner goes above and beyond to have all the ammenities you need. Pool a delight,the beach very private and only a short walk. Absolutely loved everything about it. Not a single negative !!!!

  • We LOVED our week at Serenity by the Sea! The house is beautiful and much bigger than we imagined. The entry way and window overlooking the pool is a perfect welcome to the house. The house was great for our two little ones (1 & 4), all on one level and lots of room to spread out. I was a very uncomfortable 6 months pregnant during our stay and nothing was more relaxing or soothing than the master king sized bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud! The pool was very inviting and relaxing too. And we can't stop raving about how gorgeous the beach was (and so close to the house!), we could have stayed there for hours. Staying at Serenity by the Sea definitely made our first trip to Hilton Head Island amazing!

The privacy for us was exceptional, and being able to share that fun with our daughter, Traci, and Sam and Jake made it special. I actually didn't care if I had makeup on for the entire week!
