This second home is designed for comfort and real living from the recliner sofa to the ample seating and dining areas and the completely equipped kitchen. Within the hour of arriving you will be ready to squeeze oranges on the adorable retro juicer or cook up a homemade recipe with the stocked rack of spices.
The oceanfront master has a king bed with Luxury Sterns and Foster mattress, generous dresser space and walk in closet, even comfort height "facilities" in the bathroom! The second bedroom has a trundle bed and beautiful full size bed donned with cozy quilts and ample pillows. All linens, extra pillows, comfy blankets, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.
Our building is Friendly, Quiet and Well Maintained. Walk to shops, parks, beauty salon, spa and popular area restaurants like Chases Beachfront and Manny's Italian. Short drive to charming downtown area where you will enjoy shopping and dining.
Check out the outdoor concerts, Classic Car club, Fishing Festivals and more. New Smyrna Beach has a quaint Old Florida appeal. Nature galore at local and state ocean and river preserves.
Golf, tennis, fishing are nearby and all the attractions, from Daytona Speedway to Kennedy Space Center, Cruises, Orlando International Airport, Disney, MGM, Universal and Sea World are 20 to 75 minutes away by car.
