This family holiday apartment (110 m2) is a classy mixture of elegant features, bold colours and plenty of practicality. On the edge of the chic Carre D'or, you are just minutes from the beach (300 m) and the hub of the Pedestrian Zone. The contemporary kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the living area there is a large red corner sofa, a glass coffee table and a glass console unit with DVD player and LCD screen. There are also 2 reading lamps. From the living area you can access the terrace, as you can to a smaller one from the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom two and three are a very good size with two twin beds which can easily be pushed together if preferred. The large main bathroom is located just across the hall from the master bedroom. The shower room is located in the middle of the apartment, with easy access from the hallway and the two front bedrooms. Pets are not accepted.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feet, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafés just outside your door.
