Our one-bedroom condominium has just undergone another renovation. It's an upstairs unit and has a queen-size bed in the bedroom. And, the sleeper sofa in the den allows the condo to comfortably sleep four people. The balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and there is a small view of the gulf. We have installed a flat screen TV in the den and there is also a TV in the bedroom which is rare for Beachwood Villas.
This is a great, family-oriented community with beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools (one heated in March and part of April), tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and several outdoor grills. There are also bike racks available in the parking lot to store your bikes. We are just a short 3 minute walk to the boardwalk of the beach (that time includes hauling 2 kids in a wagon!)
Bring the family down and relax for a wonderful experience in Seagrove. You'll also be able to take advantage of the short walk to the gorgeous sugar white beaches and to nearby restaurants.
This villa is not just a rental, but a second home for us (the owners) who invite you to share in our comfortable, well-equipped home, when we can't be there to enjoy it ourselves!
You won't find a more comfortable, relaxing way to spend time with your family on vacation than at the McMichael Manor!

We rented this place for a relative. He was so happy with the cleanliness and all the amenities. The owner was also a pleasure. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved McMichael Manor! The condo was clean and comfortable and central to so many things in the area. We were so impressed with the grounds that are so beautiful and neat. This was a perfect time to visit,second week in September. There were no crowds and we enjoyed the spotless pool. We watched the sunrise every morning on the beach and saw it set every night. A couple of mornings 3 dolphins were the entertainment. We would love to go back to McMichael Manor!

We had an outstanding time over spring break. This unit is exceptionally close to beach access and the shopping area next door, (which has pizza and bike rentals, so very family friendly). We hope to go back in the fall! Thanks to the owners for a great condo and an awesome trip!

We stayed at this lovely condo last May. Perfect time of the year for Seagrove. The owner was extremely nice to work with, and very accommodating. The beach is a short and pleasant walk. The price is right, and we'll definitely try to return.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beachwood Villa Condo's. The condo was very comfortable and well equiped - very nice furniture and the TV in the bedroom was great! The owners were great to work with and accommodated my last minute reservation. The beach was beautiful and the condo was very close to shopping. I hope to return this summer with my husband.
