Spectacular mountain and lake views from this cozy, year-round, mountainside chalet in the Village of Eidelweiss. Sit by the warm fire or out on the deck and watch the sun set over Mount Chocorua to be followed the next day by a spectacular sun rise over the three Porridge lakes. Take a short walk to the lake (1000 feet) for a dip and the crystal clear water.
This home is equipped with a gas grill on a large deck overlooking the mountains. Two separate living areas, great for family's wanting to give the kids their own space. This location cannot be beat as it is just minutes from five sandy public beaches and a brand new playground. Close to the shopping outlets and restaurants of the Valley. The White Mountain National Forest is just three miles away so do not forget your hiking boots, X-country skis and walking sticks and enjoy the quiet solitude of the forest. For those intersested in the man-made attractions; StoryLand, Pirates Cove, Conway Scenic Rail Road,,Heritage NH, and others are all just minutes away.

  • We loved it.. and we want to come back next summer. The view was calming and the breeze from the back deck from the mountains was cool and relaxing. You don't have to leave the community it has everything. The pond is just feet away... as well as the park.. cook out on the deck... Play board games.. that's what I'm talking about. We did go sight seeing since we had company from Louisiana... They loved the Lost River, Saco river, Hobo Railroad, shopping in the outlets and the Basin.. We watched fireworks at Shula Park.. We also took a ride to Portland, ME for a Whale Watch... They can't wait to come back!!! The Chalet is extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you Jay!!! :)

  • A delightful chalet with a gorgeous view of the sun setting behind Mt. Chocorua! Perfect location to explore either side of the White Mountains. Only minutes to Conway or the Kancamagus Highway. Quiet community of other chalet's. Fishing was quite good in the Pea Porridge Ponds. We had a marvelous week!

  • Great base location to explore the White Mountain area of New Hampshire. Wonderful in-subdivision (semi-private)lakes for summer fun - great place for families.
