House: This fully furnished roomy three bedroom, two bath house is located on a beautiful lot on the 15th green of the Executive golf course. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.

Two covered patios are great for grilling steaks and enjoying the superb sunsets and superb (?) golfers. The Arizona room with wet bar enhances your entertaining. Three sets of sliding doors connect you to the patios via the kitchen, dining room and AZ room.

The house has an eat-in kitchen, three TVs, and ceiling fans. The two car garage has plenty of storage. Rent includes utilities, local phone, and expanded cable.

Community: This house is located in beautiful, friendly, age-qualified Leisure World (one resident must be at least 55 years old). This is a gated community with 24-hour security guards. The LW resort-style amenities include two golf courses, two swimming pools and spas, two recreation buildings with a new million-dollar fitness center, a modern hands-on computer classroom with separate individual stations offering free cable internet service and individual help.

A wide variety of computer classes are offered. Other facilities include tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a basketball court, lawn bowling court, ballrooms, theater, billiard room, fully equipped wood working shop, lapidary shop, and art and craft rooms.

Leisure World also has a 24/7 nursing staff for emergencies. Leisure World residents are active people who have established many clubs for a multitude of interests that include RV travel, horseback riding, water volleyball, cards, etc.

Location: Leisure World is located in Mesa, AZ 22 miles east of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and just 12 miles from Superstition Mountain with its numerous hiking trails, three lakes, and gorgeous views.

It is a 30 minute drive to central Phoenix, Scottsdale, and several Indian casinos. The immediate vicinity has shopping malls, restaurants, a dinner theater, movie theaters, and state-of-the-art medical facilities.
