Nestled in this dream location is our 2500-square-foot home featuring a heated, saltwater, Pebble Tec pool. The home's warm, open floorplan includes a living room with a gas fireplace, a formal dining room and a spacious kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook. The home's den/media room features a plasma TV and wireless high-speed internet access. All these rooms look out over the gorgeous oasis backyard with the saltwater pool that features a cascading waterfall you can turn on at the touch of a button. Fire up the built-in gas barbecue and enjoy your meals pool side.
The magnificent master suite has a king-size bed and a separate exit to the patio and pool. The full master bath has a jetted whirlpool tub, separate walk-in glass shower, double sinks, a vanity, and two huge walk-in closets. Bring as many suitcases as you like because the Grand Canyon of closets awaits. Watch TV with digital premium cable from the comfort of the king bed or the comfortable sofa--this master suite is spacious. The second bedroom is tucked at the other end of the hall and features two twin beds (can be replaced by queen bed if needed for longer stays).
The living room's inviting hacienda-style decor celebrates our region's history with deep, rich tones. The entire home is newly decorated and features new travertine flooring and new carpeting. It will feel like you are staying in a new home.
Put yourself in the center of all the action. You are near the Mayo Clinic/Hospital and the Loop 101 Freeway (which circles the city and offers easy access to the airport and all major sports venues). You're just 2 minutes from Kierland Commons (THE place in north Scottsdale to dine and shop and enjoy the good life), and a few-minutes drive (or walk, in the case of the TPC) to Scottsdale's most popular golf courses.
Other shopping options include Desert Ridge Marketplace, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Old Town Scottsdale. But today's true hotspot is Kierland Commons.
Most of Scottsdale's major events are held nearby - from classic car auctions to equestrian events. Major League Spring Training can be enjoyed at Scottsdale Stadium, where the San Francisco Giants host their pre-season home games.
