OCEAN VIEW BAY VIEW WATERFRONT
______________________________
ON THE WATER! The waters of the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay, Kaneohe Bay, come into the back yard of the house. The Ko'olau Mountain range where Jurassic Park was filmed, forms a backdrop for the bay. The entire back of the house enjoys a full 180-degree view of the mountains and water. All 4 living rooms and 3 of the master bedrooms as well as both lanais have this view. Enjoy an early morning sunrise and some spectacular sunsets over the mountains and bay. The photos you see were taken from the lanais and back yard of the house.
THE ESTATE
__________
The house is 6300 sq. ft. and has 10 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 4 living room/dining areas, 4 kitchens and 2 60 ft. long lanais. The house was built in 1990 and is constantly updated and redecorated as well as maintained by a full time maintenance man. There is a lush, tropically landscaped back yard with table and chairs for your enjoyment.
BEACHES
_______
KAILUA BEACH, a 3 mile long, white sand beach on Oahu's east coast is just a 7 minute drive from the house. Rated as the best beach in the country, this beach is safe for swimmers of all ages. Enjoy an early morning stroll to watch the sunrise or an evening stroll to see the full moon rise over the horizon. Also a great beach for boogie boarding, kayaking, kite surfing, wind surfing and paddle boarding..
KAYAKING
________
Launch the two 2-person kayaks from the back yard of the house. Kayak out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island was filmed. Around the shoreline of the bay, going out for about 50 feet, the water is only knee deep at low tide and waist deep at high tide. On calm days it is easy to see the bay's seabed, the corals, the fish and various other marine life. You may also swim, snorkel and fish in the bay.
TRANQUILITY
___________
Awaken to the cooing of doves and the rustle of the wind in the coconut palms and the bamboo grove. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the serenity of paradise on the water. The estate's location near 3 major "highways" makes the airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu and Waikiki just a 20-25 minute drive. It is easy for you to get around the island while always being able to "come home" to the serenity that nature provides.
