A great condo for your great vacation memories. This condo is direct oceanfront, what could be better than that? Located on the 5th floor, it offers great views of the beautiful Florida coastline. The condo has a perfect set-up for large families or travel groups, with its full kitchen, washer and dryer, awesome oceanfront balcony and plenty of space for all. The three bedrooms are set up in a 'split' arrangement, which allows for maximum privacy and quiet. The master bedroom is a beautiful suite, and the second bedroom is just as nice. Both feature richly appointed beds, TVs, and DVD players. The third bedroom is for kids and includes two twin beds. They even get their own TV!
Located on the 5th floor of a 6th floor building (high enough over the sand dune for views of the waves, sand, beach and dolphins and whales), this is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 754 (Cinnamon Beach building 7 - 2nd closest oceanfront building to the pools and club house) Address of building is 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Palm Coast Florida 32137.
Best of all, all of our condos include access to 2 heated pools including a heated ocean-front pool, a second large heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a game room with pool table, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. Our direct ocean front, 5th floor condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features almost 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware and tableware is included.
Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. There are 6 public courses near the condos.
