It is an oversized end unit with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean from the balcony and side windows. On one floor above, we also manage unit 361,363,364 and 365 (6th floor) - perfect for families traveling together.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.

Spacious and beautiful, with a WONDERFUL veranda/balcony. Wonderful cottage/Pottery Barn type decor. On the beach near the pool area, we enjoyed the umbrellas and lounge chairs provided by the resort. (Wish the condo was closer to the pool area!) Not enough luggage carriers for number of guests. Overall, a very postive stay. Close enough to Flagler Beach to enjoy some funky, fun restaurants.

Great place to stay. Well stocked kitchen, even a blender. TVs are wonderful (hard to find at Cinnamon Beach). Boys loved the flat screens. Porch is perfect.

We would like to thank you for sharing your home with us. This was by far the best vacation we have ever had. Everything was so kid-friendly and very accessible. We look forward to returning next year and many years to follow. I've even talked to my family about vacationing with us. After 14 hours of driving, it was a very relaxing and welcomed sight. Beautiful views and the sound of the ocean are what I will miss the most. Not only was the condo gorgeous and very well kept, the pictures do not do this unit justice. Location is great with many other things to do within a reasonable distance. We even spent a day at Daytona Beach and LOVED St. Augustine. Family pool and clubhouse were the best we've ever been to!

My family & I had a wonderful stay at the condo from June 30-July 5, 2009. The accommodations & ocean view were amazing. The condo was very spacious and we all had our "space" never felt like there were too many people in the condo. We shared family dinners every night at the big dinner table. This is my 2nd time time staying @ Cinnamon Beach (first time was in Dec 2008)and look forward to spending more family vacations there in the future.

I'm a local Realtor and I and my family were truly impressed with the facilities at Cinnamon Beach. While it offers everything you would want in the vacation arena, it also offers an ideal location for fascinating day trips to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We will be back.
