This new and unique, Naples, year-round, destination community is centered around a 230-acre lake and 830 acres of preserves. The community features 45 holes of golf, beach, two swimming pools, fitness center, playground, two restaurants, and miles of walking and bicycling trails. A tennis club and marina are planned.
Our condominium features three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths plus a den which converts into a bedroom with a sleeper sofa and quick-inflating mattress. With 2300 square feet of living space plus a screened lanai and two-car garage, this is a comfortable and spacious retreat. The condominium is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Some of the nice features include solid granite countertops, one-half inch solid plate glass master shower, travertine tile, seating for 12, a fully-equipped kitchen, fans in all rooms, window shutters and treatments, and original artwork. All ceilings are ten to 12 feet.
The master suite features a king bed, dual walk-in closets with full-length mirrors, Roman tub, his-and-her vanities, and extra-tall tile shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and walk-in closet. Bath 2 has a glass-enclosed tile shower. Bath 3 is a half bath. The den is carpeted with double doors and quickly converts to a bedroom.
Common areas include the great room with a 42-inch LCD TV, DVD, VCR, surround sound and cable service. The dining room has seating for six, the breakfast room has seating for four, and the kitchen bar has seating for two. LCD TV's are also located in the master suite and queen bedroom.
Overlooking a lake, the 18th fairway and the golf practice range, the westerly views are spacious with dramatic sunsets. The beach, Golf Lodge and Lake Lodge are an easy walk.
Nine miles to the west is one of America's best ocean beaches and state parks, the Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. In between is the best of Naples shopping and restaurants.

Diana and I grew up in Maine. We love Maine, but work kept us moving. We finished raising our family in Kansas City. But, we love the south Florida climate. After retiring in 2002, we expanded our property management business to include luxury vacation properties.

Naples is just such as fantastic place for shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc. When we found The Quarry, we realized Naples had nothing else like it. This upscale enclave has fabulous golf, a beach club on 320 acres of fresh water, luxury accomodations and is only 15 minutes from the ocean.
