Recently Renovated (Dec. 2006) with a brand-new new cabinetry, granite counter top and island with some new appliance (new pictures will be enclosed by Jan 7), two newly built marble/tile bathrooms even with senior-friendly shower room, new carpeted second floor and the stairs, and new paint for the place.
Wonderful location on center Fripp Island, Captain John Fripp Villa. The ocean is 50 yards away and the pool is just outside your door. Great pool and ocean view from the upstairs balcony and patio. Watch & Feel the ocean when you awaken in the morning from your balcony & patio. Brandnew leather sofa set w/ sleeper in the living area, a new king size & 2 new twin size mattress, new ceramic tile floor for the entire floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs. These two bedrooms share a full bath and the second full bath is downstairs.
For entertainment, the downstairs entertainment center features a TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD. Master bedroom also features a TV, VCR, and DVD. Great for those relaxing nights after a full day on the beach. Recently painted interior with bright fun colors and newly installed tile floors with cool and crispy clean feel.
Enjoy the beach and swimming pool, riding the bikes, seeing the deer and many birds.

Thank you Jonathan and Margaret for a very nice stay. Your villa was very well equipped with everything needed for the week, especially with young children. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed another week! Thanks again!!!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
