This charming stilt home, just a short walk to the white sandy beach, is located in the upscale quiet midsection of the island. Walk to many seaside restaurants, shops and community pool, or take a ride on the Trolley for $0.25 to Times Square or the Pier to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The beach house is bright and spacious with a wrap around deck to enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather and tropical scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table that seats six. Walk out onto the screened in deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails as the sea breeze ruffles through the palm fronds. The living room has an overstuffed queen-size sleep sofa, love seat, and reading chair - enough comfortable seating for everyone. The master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, triple dresser, large mirror, and matching whitewashed armoire. A private deck is accessible through sliding glass doors. The private bathroom includes a combination tub/shower. The quest bedroom has two twin beds. A large common bathroom in the hallway has a walk in shower. Even in rainy weather, use the gas grill and enjoy your meal under the deck in the large enclosure. The outdoor shower makes it convenient to get the sand off before heading inside.

Fort Myers Beach is a seven mile stretch of beautiful white sand with much wildlife - seabirds,pelicans,sea turtles,dolphins and lots of fish! The warm Gulf temperatures and gentle waves beacons everyone to test the water. A variety of restaurants and shops are located along the boulevard the length of the beach. The Pier is a favorite place to watch the sunset or try to catch the big one. A community pool is conveniently located at mid-island. There is a water slide and lap pool. For the small ones - a built in playground with less than six inches of water makes an ideal place for toddlers to play.

Besides the local amenities listed below, various attractions in Orlando (Disney World and Universal Studios) are only three hours away. Should you want to explore the Florida wildlife - head south to Everglades City (one hour) to find alligators and birds by air-boat. Or you can head to Sanible Island (15 minutes) to explore the Ding Darling Nature Preserve and see some white pelicans, spoonbills and a huge variety of tropical and migratory birds. Key West is a great day trip by boat with departures daily from Fort Myers Beach or enjoy off shore gambling on the big "M."
