This unique location is just minutes north of Main Street and International Blvd. on north Daytona Beach. The Condominium is directly across the street from a Mall containing a Ruby Tuesday's restaurant, a Dennys, and a PUblix supermarket plus many other shops and eating establishments.
The condominium unit is on the third floor overlooking two pools, one heated, a Ticki bar, and a baby pool.
The smoke-free unit has two queen size beds in the bedroom, and a fold out full size sofa bed in the living room. All linens, and a kitchen with a two burner cooktop, microwave, sink, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils is provided. Covered parking available.

I stayed one mth here and enjoyed myself so much. Condo is clean and balcony is great. It was really nice to just sit outside and enjoy the beach. Resort workers make you feel welcome even when you do not rent from them and the condo feels really safe. Parking garage was great even when my brother in law came in his full size truck--he is a good parker though. My trailblazer had no problems. Nice to park on your floor and walk the small distance to this condo. Clean pools/hottubs and quick elevators. Hoping to come back again and will be sure to check with owners 1st as they give good deals. This was 1st time renting condo that I could not visit ahead of time and I was worried however all went great and I will be recomending the resort and condo owner. I was here 9-2011 thru 10-2011 and missed all the heavy traffic and special events on purpose. Also was a working vacation for me and I used the wireless in the condo every day....one day out of 28 it was down but I dont consider that a problem. They also have 2 computers down stairs and they worked every time. There were several events/meetings and things would get a little more crowded however after a few hours it was back to feeling like you owned the resort. Great time to the year to come to Daytona.
