Rent the Single Family House closest to the main Pavillion in all of Bear Trap Dunes. Why hassle with driving to the pool when you can be within walking distance.

Welcome to The Village at Bear Trap Dunes Resort community. Our single-family home is uniquely located within several hundred yards of the main Pavilion that hosts the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, basketball court, clubhouse, restaurant and beach shuttle. A SHORT WALK TO WHAT EVER ACTIVITY YOU WANY TO DO AT THE VILLAGE PAVILLION.

Our home offers first and second floor front porches that overlook the golf course, screened-in patio and open sunning deck in the back, and a private backyard for your enjoyment including fully-equipped lounge chairs, tables, gas and charcoal barbacues, etc. You will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, TVs, VCRs, DVD player and stereos throughout the house and many enjoyable novels for your reading pleasure.

The main floor of the house offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with the master bath offering a jacuzzi bath tub, separate shower and vanity area with dual sinks. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a half bath in the downstairs hallway. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four and the dining area seats six with an exit via sliding glass door to a screened-in patio and deck areas. The family room with propane fireplace offers comfortable seating with TV/VCR/DVD for family entertainment. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry tub connect directly to two car garage.

In the garage you will find bikes to ride throughout the neighborhood. You will also find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a portable cooler and sand toys.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, second bedroom has two singles - one single is a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has one single bed. Upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity area with two sinks.

Located just two miles west of Bethany Beach, ten miles south of Rehoboth, and seven miles north of Ocean City, Maryland. There is plenty of shopping, activities, and restaurants to enjoy in the area.
