Now with HDTV and free WiFi. The edge of your patio is a lush lawn, with beautifully planted grounds, on a 60-foot volcanic bluff with open ocean views. Our Villa is right on the edge of the ocean, with nothing between you and the ocean. Enjoy your coffee, drinks, and meals on your own large patio with a breathtaking view.

This beautiful vacation home comes completely equipped. Everything is top notch.

Enjoy reading, watching the 42" Plasma HDTV, relaxing in front of the fireplace, or surrounded by nature on the patio. The master bedroom, with an unobstructed ocean view, has a private bath. Let the soothing sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the master bedroom in our comfortable California King pillow-top bed.

The guest bedroom has one pillow-top King bed, which can be converted into two pillow-top twin beds. Villa Calafia also comes with a delux pillow-top queen Aerobed (built-in pump) that fits nicely in front of the fireplace. Bathrooms with shower massage heads, extra towels and linens. Enjoy our NuSkin liquid body soap (antibacterial), NuSkin shampoo, and NuSkin hand/body lotion in each bathroom. We have beach and pool towels for you.

You can relax at the oceanfront pool/jacuzzi, with a view straight off into the ocean. Swim some laps, play tennis on our private court, take a steaam bath, a dry heat sauna, or soak in one of the 3 Jacuzzi spas. It is only a short walk down our private cliff side stairs to Calafia's own beach to explore, swim, boogie board, snorkel, or hang out and enjoy the beauty of it all. Surf at your favorite Baja surf spot.

We are next door to the historic Calafia Hotel, with a fabulous weekend buffet, and just minutes from Fox Studios where the movie "Titanic" was filmed. Calafia Paradise is a gated community, and is a perfect retreat for couples, friends, or families because of its friendly, safe, and relaxing environment. Enjoy nearby Rosarito Beach with an abundance of excellent restaurants and local artisans, as well as the lobster village of Puerto Nuevo five minutes to the south. Golfers love the two well maintained and scenic golf courses nearby. Many excellent vineyards are also near. Come relax, play, and enjoy the beautiful coastline of northern Baja from Villa Calafia.

  • First time back to Rosarito since 1992. Quite a bit of change. The Schindler's villa is beautiful. Top of the line kitchen even though we ate out most of the time. The back yard faces the ocean just like in the picture - cool ocean breeze all day long. The beach is some what private and quite safe for the kids. Ben is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Lobster alley - Puerto Neuvo is only 10 min or so. This guard gated neighborhood is very safe. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Ben The Nguyen family.

  • Had a great time. The Villa was close to eateries,souvenir shops, and the pool on the complex. The large tv's, internet access, and movies for the kids to enjoy were also provided in the villa. Ben and Amy were helpful from the start to the end of our stay at their Villa and i like to thank both of them. It exceeded our expectations and hope to visit again in the very near future.   • I had such a great time in Rosarito and the Schindler's villa at Calafia was so beautiful that it brightened my first time experience in Mexico so much! Me and my friends and family loved staying there. We wish we could have stayed longer! We had a little trouble finding Calafia at first since it was so dark when we finally arrived, but once we entered the villa, we were so glad to finally get there and see that it was such a nice place! The furnishings and artwork are so pretty and the view is definetely amazing. I love how the ocean is just right there. And also, we all felt very comfortable and safe in the villa and Calafia community. The Schindlers were extremely helpful in booking this great villa! I'm hoping to plan another trip soon! I will definetely recommend this villa to friends and family! THANKS BEN AND AMY! :)

  • We stayed at the villa for my 40th birthday party. It was awesome! Beautiful views, quiet, safe and it felt like we were at our own home. There's plenty to do and see there - the nightlife near by offers something for everyone. We're already planning to go back this summer! Thanks Ben & Amy for a great time.

  • The villa lived up to the descriptions on the site. The ocean views are spectacular (lots of dolphins, too) and the waves were great for boogie boarding. When you are there, it's scenic and quiet enough to feel like you are away -- yet the town is close enough for anything you might need. Neighbors are friendly, but you can have privacy, too.

  • I found this listing on the internet and really did not know what to expect of the villa. It was a wonderful surprise. My friends and I had a really fun and relaxing weekend there. The villa overlooks the ocean so every morning you wake up to a beautiful view and every night you sleep with the sounds of the ocean. Ben,the owner, is really nice and helpful with everything. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.
