Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We are Rick and Kathy Noll. We have resided in this area our whole lives and have always loved the beauty and charm that Lancaster county has to offer. Lancaster has been known to be nicknamed the Garden Spot of America or Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Many people visit PA Dutch Country to experience the Pennsylvania Amish firsthand, but soon discover lots of other exciting things to see and do. Whether you're visiting festivals, fairs, attractions or wineries, or maybe just taking some time to relax and get away, we hope you enjoy your stay with us.
Why the Owner Chose Lancaster: It has always been a dream of ours to own a guest house. We were blessed to have the opportunity to buy this home last year in 2012. We want to provide a place for others to enjoy a time of rest and relaxation while they visit our area.
The Unique Benefits at this House: The house is named after an antique red porch swing that sits on the side porch. Sit back, relax, and swing a little.....enjoy the peaceful Lancaster county scenery that surrounds you
