Year Purchased: 2004
My sister and I grew up in New Smyrna Beach, a charming beach community on the east coast. We have spent many wonderful vacations in NSB with family and friends, and decided to buy a condo for our visits. Minorca is a perfect location on the northern end of the island. We love watching the boats, birds, surfers, lighthouse and being adjacent to the pet-friendly Smyrna Dunes Park.
Why the Owner Chose Minorca
New Smyrna Beach has great shopping, restaurants, community activities and of course, everything beach related. Canaveral National Seashore is a few miles south, a treasure in our backyard. Marine Discovery Center offers Ecotours and great 'kid camps' in the summer. We are a birders paradise, with Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge a scenic 45 minute drive south. Endangered sea turtles nest on the beach in the summer and you'll see manatee cruising the river year round.

Great summer vacation spot! This is our 6th year staying in this condo for our family vacation. It is clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for our family of 4 to relax. The beach and pool are also easy to get to and very well maintained. We'll be back again next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is our second winter at Minorca and will be returning next year. We love the condo and never get tired of the views. There are lots of great restaurants and fun things to do in the area. If you are planning a visit to New Smyrna Beach I highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We absolutely LOVE this unit!! We have stayed there for the past 3 summers and always are sad to leave. The unit is such a comfortable space, it feels like home! We can't get enough of the beautiful views of the intercoastal. The ameneties of Minorca are one of a kind in New Smyrna~ If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend you do!! It's AWESOME!

We have stayed at the Evisa 503 for the last 3 years and and would not think of staying anywhere else. Sitting on the balcony with a Margarita watching the sunset is amazing. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. If you are looking for a first class experience, this is the place you will love. We can not wait for our next trip in May.

This is our second vacation here at Minorca and it is as wonderful and delightful as our first visit. The condo is everything you would want in a vacation "home" and more. We look forward to returning to NSB and our "vacation" home again.
