  • We absolutely LOVE this unit!! We have stayed there for the past 3 summers and always are sad to leave. The unit is such a comfortable space, it feels like home! We can't get enough of the beautiful views of the intercoastal. The ameneties of Minorca are one of a kind in New Smyrna~ If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend you do!! It's AWESOME!

  • We have stayed at the Evisa 503 for the last 3 years and and would not think of staying anywhere else. Sitting on the balcony with a Margarita watching the sunset is amazing. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. If you are looking for a first class experience, this is the place you will love. We can not wait for our next trip in May.

  • This is our second vacation here at Minorca and it is as wonderful and delightful as our first visit. The condo is everything you would want in a vacation "home" and more. We look forward to returning to NSB and our "vacation" home again.
