Newly refurbished, the two bedroom plus loft unit is located in upscale Keauhou Punahele complex, overlooking the eighth fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course. Enjoy spectacular sunsets while you barbecue on your private lanai. Wake up to beautiful sunrise as the sun lights the golf course and palm trees from your master bedroom or living room.
This condominium benefits from new tile floor, bathrooms, furniture, kitchen cabinets, appliances, beds and linens. The open floor plan and high cathedral ceilings provide an airy ambience. The rooms are tastefully decorated in quality furnishings, befitting a Hawaiian spirit. Relax in your own condo with the tranquility and beauty of your own home.
The master bedroom opens to the lanai, and features a king-size bed. The second bedroom with queen bed has a commanding view of the mauka (mountains). The loft bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is new, modern, and fully-equipped with new appliances and crockery. So are the bathrooms, fitted with new tiles and vanity cabinets.
The condominium is particularly quiet, away from the noise of the crowds. Within walking distance to Keauhou Bay where most island tours, sailing, and kayaking begin. The Keauhou Shopping Center nearby has a supermarket, drug store, restaurants, post office, six-screen movie theater, and much more. Several jogging pathways lead from the condo to start a fresh and fit day.

Paradise? Yes, this is it!! Upon landing in beautiful Kona among the fragrant flowers and warm breeze, I realized that I was "Beary Hungry". I stopped in town to eat at "Poncho and Lefty’s" (great Mexican food) before heading up Alii Drive to the Condo.
When I entered my "Home away from Home" I was greeted by the unmistakable Aloha Island Breeze coming through the screen doors leading to the lanai. This was a beautiful, well appointed condo and I was lucky enough to be staying here! The condo was spacious, with a beautiful, very well equipped kitchen. It was squeaky clean and comfortable. I slept like a King in my King size Bed! I had lots of room to roam and didn’t feel cramped for space. I could even venture up the circular staircase to the loft area where I tried out the beds. They were "Just Right".
I was so glad that the location gave me the view over the golf course and onto the blue ocean. During the day I could swim, go to Starbucks "in town", and even lounge in privacy on the lanai and catch some rays. At night, the sunsets were spectacular!
When you stay here, be sure to take a day and explore your way to Waipio Valley and the top of Mauna Kea Mountain. These were highlights for me. There was one problem with this condo... I was so comfortable and happy here, that I didn’t want to leave!

We couldn't have asked for anything nicer - I loved the original artwork and decoration. Great ocean view! We barbacued fish and had dinner on the lanai every night. We enjoyed walking to the Sheraton to see the Manta Rays. We would love to come back
