  Great place. Had a great stay and it was just what we needed. I was thinking the place was a bit bigger, but the photos don't lie. But it worked great for my wife and I. Hot tub was nice and hot, real hot! Parking could get a bit tight, but it always worked out. Overall a great place that I would recommend to anyone, and would like to go back to. Thanks for having us.

  My boyfriend and I were visiting my family for an early "Christmas" and we had an amazing time. It was in a great location, central to a lot of different sites with still a ton to do locally. Jennifer was a great help in booking the place as well as recommending places to eat and thing to do. We had an amazing time and were able to completely relax. Thank you for letting us stay! We will certainly be coming back!

  My mother and I had a wonderful experience in this cozy condo! The large windows in the living room provide a spectacular view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains, and the fireplace kept Mom toasty while she worked a jigsaw puzzle on the coffee table. The kitchen was well-equipped and a delight to cook in. We had fabulous weather for late November, and enjoyed grilling steaks and dining outside at the lovely patio table. The location was perfect, with close access to all amenities. We are anxious to stay here again, maybe in the summer!

  This condo is in a great location and has wonderful views. Comfortable accomodations for the two of us to enjoy our time in Summit County. Jennifer was great to work with and everything went smoothly with this rental experience. Condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and watering holes. We did not bike but this location is right on the bike path.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My friend and I booked this condo for two weeks before the Leadville Trail 100... it was exactly as represented. The view was beautiful and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay, including all cooking utensils etc. The location can't be beat as its very close to everything we could need and right on the bike path that connects all the surrounding towns. Just a quick drive away from Breck, Copper and just a little longer to get to Vail and Leadville. If I do Leadville again, I will surely be looking at this rental again.

  Jennifer was great to work with. The location was terrific as was the view. We had a few minor hiccups but they didn't dramatically affect our stay (light bulbs seemed to burn out easily, carpet & windows needed cleaning, bathroom & fridge had not been cleaned). That being said, we come prepared and had disinfectant cleaning wipes available and put them to quick use. Overall, the condo was quite comfortable and the neighbors were friendly.

  Owner response: First, I would like to say thank my guests for your candid reviews. I attempt to offer a unique experience at a cost savings to my guests by giving the option of cleaning yourself. I supply not only all cleaning supplies but clear and precise directions of what is expected when opting for the discount. Basically, I trust that my guests will make it rental ready for my next guest as I hope it was for their stay. Unfortunately not everyone has the same standards. This is not the norm of my guests, but the exception. I don't want to stop offering this discount; for I know the economic state we are all struggling with and know you have many condos to choose from. Secondly, to address the issues...I have figured out the light bulb situation and have replaced them with the correct wattage. Easy fix:) I have also passed this review on to my cleaner.   This property was wonderful! It was a cute little one bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The condo was homey and welcoming, and in a great location! The porch and front door of the condo face the lake. The condo was in very close to downtown Dillon with restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby. Keystone was a quick drive, no more then 10 minutes. Silverthorne was a couple blocks away with even more restaurants and shops. The condo is very close the the intersection of Hwy 6 and Swan Lake making it very easy to commute over to Breckenridge. It is a great central location! We were able to ski all day, use the hot tub and sauna, make a home cooked meal, and watch TV with the gas fire place on. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will keep you in mind every time I am looking for a mountain get away Jennifer. Thank you for letting us use your place at such a reasonable price!

  We chose this condo for its location. It is close to all ski areas, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment etc. The bonus was the spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains. Since we are skiers, this condo provided us a no frills, down home feeling. It had the basic amenities for us. If you ski, like to "chill" afterwards, cook or go out to eat, this is the place. We are coming back to this condo in March. The owner called at the beginning of our stay and at the end. Touching base as to any needs or concerns. We had none. The overall experience was great............
