Welcome to Fripp Island, South Carolina situated between Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina right in the heart of the beautiful low country. 32 Sea Mist Lane is in the Veranda Beach area of the island which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
Fripp Island is a secluded resort with two championship golf courses, numerous pools, tennis courts, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, a marina, fitness center, and miles of pristine beach.
Just a few steps away is the Cabana Club with its restaurant, three pools and a spectacular ocean view. A few more steps takes you to the activity center, a fantastic experience for kids of all ages. Within walking, biking, or golf carting are all the various activities mentioned above.
32 Sea Mist is a recently remodeled five year old home. With heart pine floors, granite counter tops, and upscale furnishings it is a place to relax and let your cares wash away. 32 Sea Mist overlooks the tidal creek and marsh and has a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Golfers - In addition to the two courses on the island there are dozens of courses within a 20 mile drive. The spring and fall are especially nice times to enjoy the Carolina coastal weather. If you can't take a full week try a weekend.
Rental includes 4 Seat golf cart. ( Must have current license to operate).
Amenity Cards may be purchased for anyone over 12 years of age at the cost of $50 each,Memorial Day through Labor Day, and $35 each all other times. These card allow our guests to have the use of the island pools, golf courses, tennis facilities, & restaurants. We need to know at the time of your request for availability if you would want these cards.

We spent a couple of delightful weeks in this comfortable home this past July. There was always a breeze on the back porches allowing us to sit out there any time of the day and enjoy the marsh and ocean views. The owners were vey kind to work with and even called to make sure everything was ok. There are plenty of beach toys for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (as opposed to many homes we have rented on Fripp). Everyone in our group agreed that when we return to Fripp next year this will be where we stay without a doubt!

We stayed on Fripp 4/8-4/16/2006 and fell in love with this house. The decorations are beautiful, the location is perfect, the views are spectacular. Everything you could ask for in a vacation home. My family had a great time, and the kids had such a fabulous time, we'll have to come back!

My husband, 2 children and I stayed here the week of July 4, 2005. This home is gorgeous and comfortable with the added benefit of 2 golf carts included, which is a must on Fripp! We had stayed on Fripp before and had to rent a golf cart for $500.00/week. The view is spectacular..marsh, deer, ocean, Pritchard's Island. Because of the location, there is a constant breeze ...we were able to eat dinner on the deck every evening. We have stayed at Fripp for several years, and have found 32 Sea Mist to be wonderful! Owners were wonderful to work with. Extremely helpful and had everything lined up perfectly. We walked to the Cabana Club and a short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach. We have 3 little girls and they all loved the house. My 20 year old sister was impressed with the "Tommy Hilfiger" bedroom. Home is incredibly well decorated, but it is very comfortable...not stuffy. Perfect for a relaxing week at the beach.

We have vacationed at Fripp Island eight times and have stayed at several other places. This was by far the nicest place yet. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The condo was well equiped with everyhing that we needed. The condo was also very nicely decorated. We have four chidren, and they also loved the condo, and the location near the Cabana Club. The owners made certain that we were expected at the entry gate and the amenity cards were waiting for us. There were no surprises during check-in as there have been at other places in years past. We look back on many great memories from our trip. We plan on returning next year and renting the same unit.
